We went for Thanksgiving giving dinner since I couldn’t visit my family, but Thanksgiving menu was not attractive.
I decided to select the IMPOSSIBLE BURGUER and it wasn’t that bad at all. It was juicy, and a decent size. Fries were good too.
I ordered a traditional MARGARITA and it was good and came with the rest of the Shaker.
The only thing its that the place its really old, functional but old. Tables need to be sanded and repainted. Also restroom was clean, but with a rare smell from old houses.

I really hate to give mediocre reviews for restaurants knowing how hard wait and cook staff have to work. My review of this applebees is due to poor management. Hostess not available to seat for 10 minutes. Waitress was spread very thin, and food time was the longest I’ve experienced in a very long time. It did give me, though much more time to spend with my granddaughters. Food was good but the quantity was noticeably much less. If you have time and $$, which I think we are all in short supply of these days, to spend, then this countryside applebees is for you. Or if you’re looking to spend more time with people in a restaurant, then this is the place.

I came for the Valentine’s Day drink with my friends and they were pretty good! I don’t remember the name of our server, but I think they had green hair? They had really good energy and were very attentive to our table. The service was excellent!

Went there today and everything was pretty good. Was greeted by the manager he made sure the table was clean and wipe down before me and my husband was sat. Our waitress was enjoyable. She was attentive and very kind to us. She always made sure we were taken care off. Overall pleasant experience.

The floor was disgusting and it looked as if it had never been cleaned since the business opened. The second I stepped in the bathroom my feet got even sticker then before. The waitress was very kind but the food to an absurdly long time to get to us, the drinks we ordered were at the counter for about 20 before they came to us. There was also about a 20 minute wait because of there being “no tables or booths” even though you could see open tables and booths. Well we were waiting to get a table there were waiters and waitresses standing and doing nothing. Also where they had us sitting (only place for people who were waiting for a booth or table could go) when ever someone came in or out the wind would come rushing in even though there was another door in between us and people leaving.

If I could give this restaurant ZERO stars I would. My family and I arrived at Applebees we stood in the cold front door for about 10 minutes before the hostess Abby approached us to put us on the waiting list since they were “busy”. She proceeded to tell my husband to “come closer I don’t bite” then caught an attitude when he didn’t respond to her anyhow she took our name down, then we waited about 25 minutes just to be seated. Once we were seated, it took another 15 minutes before our server came to greet us or take our drink order. Our server was the tall, heavy-set blonde with heavy makeup seemed uninterested and annoyed with us sitting in her section despite only having a few tables. It took I kid you not 15 mins to get a booster seat for my child after asking Abby for one twice. I was fed up so I politely asked another employee for a booster seat and the hostess’s name and I pointed her out which her name was Abby. The lady started to question me as to why I wanted to know. After I said I was just curious, she walked over to the bar and began gossiping with Abby and our server continuously looking back at our table and rolling their eyes. The restaurant was NOT busy they are just simply understaffed and lazy. Our server Trystan I believe her name was struggled to handle even 2–3 tables at a time. Being stressed in your work environment does not excuse rude behavior toward paying customers. Guests are not responsible for staff issues and should not be treated poorly because of them. Overall the service was unwelcoming, unclean, and an absolute 0/10.

I had a really disappointing experience at Applebee’s. We left $60 in cash with our waiter and clearly told him to apply it toward our bill. Instead, he kept the money and never credited it to the check. When we got the receipt, the balance was still the same — meaning the cash was never applied.
We brought it up right away and it was handled poorly. No clear explanation, no urgency, and it honestly felt like we weren’t being taken seriously. It’s a horrible feeling to realize your server may have pocketed your payment. I called and spoke to management and she said I was responsible because I singed the bill and didn’t catch the mistake at the restaurant. What a great business and manager that allows waiters to steal from their customers. Will be filing a police report for theft. This restaurant is a joke.

We dined here today. Our server said it was his first day. We ordered the two for $25. We ordered the two side salads with Italian dressing, and the 6 oz steak medium well done, with a side of broccoli and my other side was mashed potatoes, my husband’s was green beans. There was an additional $6/meal for the steak.
The salads came out without dressing. I had to walk to the bar to find the waiter and told him there wasn’t any dressing on both salads. He brought that out. Then the entrees came out, mine was correct but my husband’s had mashed potatoes- he didn’t order, the waiter immediately said the green beans were coming out. After a few minutes he brought out the green beans.
My husband’s steak was pretty bloody, more like rare than medium well done. He didn’t touch it after he cut into it.
We won’t we ordering any meals there again. There were maybe 5 tables with diners- they were not busy.
However, Texas Roadhouse a hundred feet west of this Applebees was packed- there were no empty spots to park there.
This place needs to shape up. We used to go there a few years ago and it was very good.

We waited a very long time for our server to come and take our order, then had to remind her 4 times for a simple cup of ice. Then, our food came and it was horrible. It’s like the wings and spinach dip had been sitting at least 10 mins under heat lamps before making it to our table then the Pepsi tasted like just syrup. Getting to the entrees that were raw and cold. The manager comped some of the bill but that wasn’t the point. It was bad quality food, not so great service and just an overall bad experience. They were taking so long that we were contemplating on just paying for the drinks that came and just leaving and going somewhere else, but the other place we considered would have been a 28 min drive. Knowing what to expect now I would have definitely left. Do yourself and your pockets a favor and just dine somewhere else. I used to love Applebee’s but now the food quality and service DOES NOT justify their prices!
