The last time I ate here the food was not the best and when I went today omg THE FOOD WAS SOOO YUMMY I had the Bourbon steak and it came out hot and full of flavor and they cooked it to perfection and My server was friendly and had a great smile Thank You Soooo Much also had a Captain Bahama mama and this is my favorite drink

Just your good old classic Applebee’s. Steak asked to be rare and it was! My server was phenomenal. Never even had to ask for a refill, and I came in thirsty! The reason for the four star, is the food is just so so. But after a long day of fishing, all you need is a cold drink and a rare steak

We were with a large group of people. While we had to wait for a short period of time while they prepared our seats, everyone was very nice, fun, and willing to help. Tue staff joked, talked and laughed with us. They got everyone’s order right, from drink to appetizers to meals. My group got the mozzarella sticks and they could have been cooked just a little longer. The food came out fairly quickly and was hot and delightful. We had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. The atmosphere was a general Applebee’s experience. Sports bar, family friendly and cozy.

We were seated immediately, which was great! Our server came immediately, which was even better! The food was really good, the whole meal was affordable and it was cooked exactly how we requested. Dessert was not planned, but well worth the additional cost.

Completely rude. The person who sat use kept rolling her eyes and when she went to clean off a table she kept glancing back at us while talking bad about us. I knew this because I can read lips. She gave my family complete attitude. I wish I could give a -5 starts. Paul very nice. Aaron chill dude great manager. Tala or whatever her name is very mean and was the girl who rolled her eyes.

Paul is a SUPERSTAR Words CAN’T EVEN BEGIN to do JUSTICE to this young man’s superior customer service skills as far as eagerness to deliver the most satisfying experience while dining out. He does this through his extensive knowledge of the menu and the options as well as always, maintaining a smile with an upbeat attitude and a positive outlook. Here’s the type of employee that will take a personal phone call at home to just describe the menu to a friend. Thank you for being you Paul. It’s people like you that make Applebee’s remarkable. I have been to a few Applebee’s over the years, but I have to say that the quality of the food at the kalispell location is a step above! We enjoyed everything that was ordered, and the staff were all very friendly. Great happy hour deals too!

More empty tables than full, yet we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Host was very untrained and clueless. Food took over 45 minutes and then was served cold. There seems to be no one in charge. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food isn’t too bad, the shrimp & chicken dish is a bit oily as it has a lot of butter, so I ended up drinking a lot of water while eating it.
Servers are friendly. Love the location as well as it’s close to a lot of major stores like Walmart, Costco etc.

I was really happy with the beginning of my visit — food came out quickly (mozzarella sticks, wings, fries, drinks), and the service was great. I even got a drink refill before I was done, which impressed me. It felt like Applebee’s had really improved.
But everything changed when I ordered dessert. My boyfriend and I got the Triple Chocolate Meltdown to share. We had eaten about half when I went for another bite and found a long black hair in it. It was disgusting — I felt sick and honestly wanted to cry.
Our server was doing a good job and seemed new, so I asked to speak to the manager. She came over, and I calmly explained what happened. She apologized and said she’d take the dessert off the bill — but as she was walking away, she said, “I don’t care that you ate it,” which felt incredibly rude and dismissive. I wasn’t trying to get anything free — I just wanted to let them know there was a hair in my food.
To make it worse, this is the second time I’ve found hair in my food at this location. Between that and the manager’s attitude, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’m only writing this to warn others — because apparently this isn’t a one-time thing.
