The servers and staff were friendly which I really appreciated, but the food was bad. I ordered the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and while the flavor was good, the chicken itself was terrible and way too overcooked. We also ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings. The onion rings were on point, but the burger was another disappointment. We asked for medium but it came out overdone and the tomato slice on it was not good at all.
This is not my first bad experience. I keep on giving Applebees a chance but it’s disappointment after another. I don’t think I will be going to Applebee’s for a while.

Want to know what this picture is?? That is the 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese with Chicken tenders.. but completely gobbled up!! Food here has definitely improved since last time I was here about a year ago! Lee Lee our server took care of our hockey family group of 25 parents/kids with a huge smile!! Ordered the sirloin with sautéed blackened shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned broccoli.
I had replaced the broccoli with their 4 cheese Mac and cheese with applewood smoked bacon, as well as added sautéed mushrooms to my steak
Steak was Ordered medium, but had very little pink to it, almost none, shrimp and mushrooms were excellent, the Mac and cheese was a little disappointing, none of the shredded cheddar was actually melted, the potatoes didnt come out with the rest of the food, when they did bring them out they were moderately warm with a few cold bites, as well they were missing the garnish.
Overall it was a good experience, the taste of the food was phenomenal, my server was excellent, the food itself just felt like it was rushed out of the kitchen, as it took 10 minutes or less to get to the table.

Restaurant is in a great location. When we first walked in we were “greeted” by a lady who I think might’ve been on her lunch break because she had a mouth full of food. She looked at my wife and I and with a straight face just said “2?” The server was friendly. Our fries had a hair on it. The burger and wings were great. The fiesta lime chicken was not so good. It had a very acidic taste and I could not finish it.

We had been traveling all day and decided to eat here after checking into out Hotel nearby. The food was wonderful. The employees were very friendly especially our server Tricia. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It had been a long day traveling and she was a refreshing ray of sunshine for us. Thank you being a bright spot in our day and for the great service. Five stars all the way.

We love going to AppleBees here in Dickinson, they have some of the best waiters and waitresses ever! But Wednesday night Nov 5 there was a very troubling incident that happened. 2 times from the kitchen came very loud violent yelling and screaming from one of the cooks in the kitchen! It was so loud that the whole establishment could hear it! It made our group uncomfortable I know our server was very uncomfortable and explained it was one of the cooks. That behavior really should be addressed. I had thought of going back there but didn’t think it was my place. We will continue to go to AppleBees but I sure hope this gets addressed. Because that kind of public display of anger tantrum is really unacceptable. Thank you

I like 2 things from here. The blackened shrimps Alfredo and the chicken Alfredo, it’s my comfort food I get doordashed when I’m having a crappy day. So it sucks that last time my food was waaaay too salty that I ended up having to throw away $30 worth of pasta because of delivery fees and now for the second time I am missing my Broccoli in my chicken Alfredo which is one of the things that makes it so good on one of the simplest dishes. They’re good with being understanding and have remade my food for me but at this point it’s getting ridiculous ♀️ the food is good when they actually make it right tho

My wife and I came in at 8 PM for a late bite to eat. We tend to avoid Applebee’s and go for other local restaurants but we wanted something reliable. At this place, service was excellent and the food (southwest bowl) hit the mark. We needed a quick meal and this place came through.

Absolutely worst Applebee’s I’ve been to. Two of three meals were missing ingredients/ sides due to being out. One meal, a burger, was good. The broccoli chicken alfredo….. missing ingredients, way over cooked(chicken jerky was a better description) Alfredo was blah. Parmesan steak and shrimp was good. 1 side had to be substituted, the mashed potatoes were inedible. Our waitress was great. One worker(manager maybe) walked by, asked how everything was, but, didn’t pause her stride to get a response. Paid $75 and over half the food was left because it was just not good at all.
