I should of took pictures of my food. I have never had fish and chips cook that bad ever its like they left them in the deep fryer and just left them in amount that was Caped on was just insane. At least the server noticed I didn’t eat it and she took it off my bill. The server was at least nice. My food wasn’t the only one that was bad we had another one in our party that had their food completely burnt.

Horrible. Only cooked one side of the medium rare steak. One side well done the other not cooked at all. Sent it back for a new one they cooked the other side of the same steak making it well done. We ask for a new one and had to wait for ever just to get a medium to medium well done steak. Very poor service.

Jamestown Applebee’s needs new management or something. Two days in a row. Horrible service, ordered garlic parmesan chicken and shrimp extremely dry no sauce both times. Tonight was there over 40 minutes before got to place order. Beer sat on bar for 15 before getting brought to me. Cold food and warm beer. I own a restaurant this is absolutely unacceptable. Needs work. Was not busy at all.

One of our favorite places to go for a good meal and a drink. Some of their specialty drinks are yummy! The workers are always kind and efficient. My favorite meal is the Salmon plate which is like 550 calories and very filling.

Took a while to be seated. Asked to sit at the bar and this older woman wiped a table off with her hand ( I SEE YOU MA’AM). But LYNA was sweet and My drink was Great! The rest of the visit was Great. The people who brought out our food were so Sweet and Humble.

I have ordered here a few times when working. I ask for it to be ready at 6pm, then I got there at 620pm and it still wasn’t ready. This has happened 2 times now, and it made me late to get back to work. The food was good, but not the service. I also, waited at the to go spot for 5 mins while 6 employees walked by. None of them greeted me even though they saw me. I eventually had to just walk up to someone and ask e to be helped. I wasn’t impressed.

We were passing through town on a road trip and decided to eat here. Originally we were going to order it to go but instead decided on dining in. The place wasn’t very busy. Surprisingly, even though we ate in the midst of covid all the patrons were grouped together instead of spaced out in sections. I had to go out to the car to make sure the cat was comfortable and would not over heat while we ate. When I returned they had ordered drinks and a Mt dew for myself. I immediately noticed two things. One there were weird black particles in my drink, my daughter also complained of this. Two, my napkin silverware wrap was soaked through presumably from the soda. I also noticed flies hanging out and buzzing around the lamp above the adjacent booth. The waitress seemed to either be in severe pain, stoned, or really not wanting to be there. She was slow and seemed a bit out of it. My daughter ordered a steak well done with no pink, she is pregnant and can’t handle the rawness of the meat. It came out tough and really undercooked. She said there was a large piece of grissel in the middle. The other two meals were fine. I did have to ask for a refill on my soda because the waitress never offered and disappeared for a long time. Overall the food was fine, sevice was bad, steak wasn’t cooked to order. Would not recommend.

Great waitress. Food was good. The only problem was, it was freezing in there. I had to put a coat on…in May! Our wonderful waitress had the cool air adjusted, and by the time our food came, it was perfect. Would highly recommend this place!

Ordered carside Togo, even called it in to make sure it was correct! They didn’t tell us we still had to do as a pickup order! Terrible service. Not mad I had to go in, simply irritated we had to wait for a service that they weren’t even doing and failed to mention!! This isn’t even the 1st, or 2nd time it’s happened at this one either.
