In town for hockey tournament and placed order at this establishment being our hotel was across the street. Ordered car side to go. Was told 30 min. Arrived on time, and after several minutes of waiting, I went inside. I checked our food at the bar before leaving to make sure the order was correct. Everything was in there. I was surprised at how small the chicken tender meals were. Actually asked bartender if they were the kids meal and he said he didnt think so. Got back to our hotel within minutes of picking up order. Food was ice cold. Portion size was disappointing as our local Applebee’s has never served anything like that. Boneless wings were barely coated in sauce. We had the 2 for $25 and an extra appetizer of mozzarella sticks. Total was $46.50. For reference, the containers are small. 4″x5″ with the standard 2oz sauce cup inside. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to Dairy Queen or Pizza Ranch right around the corner.

We were in town to get some parts and decided to stop in. HORRIBLE decision. Waitress was annoyed any time you asked for something… ordered four cheese Mac n cheese no cheese sauce so noodles were dry. Lots honey sauce under it. Then got the chicken alfrado. Suprise it was chicken parm GROSS. Then the 2 orders of parm steaks with shrimp we ordered med rare well they were well done. Waitress was bothered with that. They brought new ones well they were almost the same through um in a to go box dogs will enjoy them wasnt dealing with the waitress again. One meal was what it was supposed to be other then the steak was more grissel then meat. Well over 100 spent and the dogs are getting more then we had. I would not recommend going here. And no manager ever stopped by the table to see how things were. Guessing the waitress never told one there was problems. But that woulda been asking her for to much.

Food was good and came out fast and service was outstanding. The hostess Pavi was especially good. When she sat us down she went through all the specials and was very knowledgeable about the menu and drink specials. We talked to her on the way out and she held the door for us and was very very kind and went above and beyond. I didn’t catch our servers name but he was also outstanding.

Got Bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was supposed to be served on a sizzling skillet. Skillet was warm at best. One of my shrimp was still frozen in the middle so I sent the shrimp back, not to mention the onions were still raw and the mushrooms were raw with a few exceptions. When I got my new shrimp back they were severely overcooked, almost as if the cook thought he was the greatest chef in the world and how dare I send his shitty cooking back. They should fire their cook, can’t cook shrimp to save their lives. The serving staff, bartenders and manager were excellent however.

I ordered through uber eats since I had 50 dollar discount off through it. I ordered a chicken parm fettuccine and a trio all with boneless wings. I didn’t care how long it took but I was really disappointed with the food. The serving was obviously very few, the boneless wings look lifeless… looked like microwave food… over 40 dollars worth of food btw but it just so happens I got a discount. Do Applebee’s really lessen the quality of their food if it’s delivered and discounted?? I paid less than 20 dollars for all that food since I had a huge discount.. but I expected the food to be the same quality as how they do it in their restaurant since I previously ate there before. Overall a horrible experience. Do they really care how much a customer pays for their food?? Why would they care if I got a huge discount off it and make my food less quality than usual.

I had lunch here this past week and the new menu confused me a little bit and even though the server was very helpful I ended up ordering something different then I intended. It turned out to be delicious anyways, and Emily the manager, went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering to change the order after it had been made. It was all my mix up, but I appreciated the attention to detail and offer to make my lunch more enjoyable. Keep up the good work!!

You will be spending a little bit. For 5 people we paid $114 before adding the tip. However, the food is spectacular! Worth every penny we paid. The service was phenomenal, we were served by Damian. Whom was very pleasant and accommodating, always smiling during our interactions. It was a perfect get together for us. (It was just a surloin steak, not the tips. I clicked the wrong suggestion.) I’m sorry for not getting a picture of what everyone ordered. I’m leaving them to review their own food ^.^

Service was great at the bar but food was a little disappointing. I ordered the Southwest Steak Caesar Salad and I had a few bites and returned it. I did not reorder anything else. The meat was cubed up steak that was extremely overcooked and their was so much dressing the salad was mushy. They did credit me back the price but I left hungry. This was a new item on the menu and not their best work. Especially for 12$. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp and it was cooked perfectly but way too much salt. But at least it was eatable. I will post a picture of my salad and hope they work on. The steak should be medium rare and sliced not cubed and burnt. Make it more presentable and take southwest out of the description.
