Waitress ignored us the first 10 minutes even though she walked by us a dozen times in that time. Not even an “I’m so sorry, I will be right with you!”. Literally nothing until I push the call button on the table top kiosk thing. After that it was fairly smooth sailing however! Food was great, atmosphere was good!

Applebees is one of the few places I once worked, in which I didn’t get sick of the food. Tonight, as usual food, service and atmosphere were 10 out of 10. I ordered the staple “Neighborhood Burger”. Two 3.5 Oz patties and plenty of quality ingredients. Fry portion was slightly small. Friend ordered endless riblit/chicken strip/shrimp platter and it seemed like a great deal. Add two sodas and the bill was under $37 without tip. Always a solid burger at Applebee’s.

The worst dining experience i’ve ever had. My first mistake was ordering the fish and chips with waffle fries. The fish tasted like it just came out of the freezer and I got regular fries to which I traded with my husband because his were ice cold. Then, I waited 15 minutes for the correct order to which came out cold again. After 25 minutes, we asked the manager to take them off the check just so we could leave. My husband’s burger was also way overcooked and dry. We didn’t throw a fit or complain to any staff but we’ll never be back.

Our server was amazing and so nice.
Unfortunately, our food was way over-seasoned, and we had to send back our pickle fries since the seasoning was way to salty we couldn’t eat them. Then, I got the new “O-M-Cheese burger” and had no cheese left on the bottom since it was so burned onto the plate. My boyfriend’s food came out cold and soggy. My kids’ food was decent at least.

The worst Applebee’s we have ever been to. All of our food came out cold, not even luke warm. None of our orders were correct. The shrimp and chicken were ice cold and didnt look like it was cooked at all. The only edible food on our table was our son’s applesauce. Do not recommend this location at all.

We love Applebees for one main reason. You can get an excellent impossible burger!!! The sides are really good and the options on desert never disappoint! So why did I give a 4 star? This is specifically for this location and the manager on duty right now.
We always choose the 2 for $25 when we go and pay $3 extra each to have the burger be a plant based patty. We’ve done those multiple times each time in a different location. No problems. We can even ORDER TO GO ONLINE and choose this option. Today the manager told our server it wasn’t possible. So that leaves us paying the same amount and just not getting an appetizer. Pretty lame. I understand it may not come up often, but please train the staff how to handle this one off so everyone can enjoy the full menu and promotions.
How was everything else?! Amazing. Excellent server. Fast delivery of drinks and food. Refills without even asking! SUPER clean store and restrooms. Absolutely zero complaints except the lack of ability to honor our request.

We had a group of 4 and waited about an hour to get our food out to us, once it did get to us they realized they forgot to put in one of our friends order so only 3 of us got our food and the other had to wait until everyone was finished eating before he even got his food. Not to mention everyone’s drinks were empty the entire time and we had to eat with no drink. Then they charged my friend that didnt get the meal right away double (charged him $50 for his meal when it shoulld have been $25). Which they told him they couldn’t take off one of the meals so he should just pay for it and they would give him one free meal next time. Which is absolutely unacceptable, he shouldnt have to pay for something he never ordered. They then found a way to get it off the ticket but then in the charges still had a charge for “kiosk game” for $2.99 that we didn’t ever play. We were there for 2 hours and I dont expect to get anything free but a discount or even just something to help out with that would have been nice for him atleast. I dont usually care about slower service as things happen and maybe staffing was low but the way things were handled with my friend was very poor. The bright spot was the food was pretty good when it did get out to us.

Basic, Buddy has gluten allergy. They bring out salad with croutons on it. Take it back to kitchen and they picked out croutons.nice sever guy comes to tell us. They picked them out and returned the salad and brought a new one out. Left with the impression this was a halfway house work program work site?

We came to get something to eat and the restaurant was a little less than half full. We were quickly met at our table and offered menus and drinks. We ordered our food within a few minutes. Unfortunately it took over a half hour to get the food to the table. The food was average.
