Worst experience ever. It was me and my boyfriend’s anniversary and we just decided to DoorDash some food tonight because we had been doing stuff all day and were tired. We did the 2 for $25 to try and save some money and the only good thing about the meal was the mozzarella sticks. My boyfriend had some modifications to his burger (which costed extra) and none were added. He was just given his Whiskey Burger as it comes except it didn’t have any sauce. My chicken was extremely dry with noodles that weren’t even fully cooked and tasted like they had been sitting out for over an hour; there also had barley been any sauce on the entree and the portion was very small, the entire chicken covered almost all of the noodles. The breadstick was hard and just very unappetizing. My boyfriend and I both work in the food industry and were astonished by how poorly we were treated tonight. Neither Applebees nor Doordash would give any kind of refunds. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the third time I come to eat and the steak is not how I asked for it, they over cook it every time it’s dry and burnt. The ribs have been super dry and hard. They either put way too much bbq on it and not the one I ask for they always get it wrong or they barley put any at all. I asked for extra sauce and they never brought it. The restaurant is empty and they’re super super slow. I don’t think the kitchen staff has any experience, they should pay more and hire cooks with experience.

Asiah was absolutely wonderful and made our entire evening! Asiah made our 15-year-old’s birthday feel soooo special and memorable from start to finish. The service was attentive, friendly, and very welcoming! We really appreciated the extra care and positive energy that made the celebration feel effortless and fun. It truly made the night meaningful for our family and we’re so grateful for such a great experience. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great experience! Tiffany was an amazing server attentive, friendly, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. On top of that, Katie the manager stopped by to check in and actually took the time to talk with us, which made us feel so welcomed and right at home. You can really tell this place values great service and a warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I have been here many times now and love to chat over food and drinks! Every time we have been in has been wonderful and tonight we had the pleasure of dining with Kat! She was very enthusiastic and personable, the food came out in a timely manner, and everything was great!

Had a great experience at Applebee’s. Katie, the manager, was awesome, super welcoming and clearly runs a tight ship. Dylan behind the bar was quick, friendly, and made great drinks, and our server Nicole was attentive, upbeat, and made sure everything came out perfectly.
The food was on point too. The boneless wings were amazing, the mozzarella sticks were hot and crispy, and the quesadilla burger absolutely hit, one of the best things on the menu.
Between the great service and great food, this Applebee’s definitely earned a return visit.

I came to enjoy a solo meal & beverage at the bar top. Upon entering I saw things were busy but nothing out of the ordinary for a high volume restaurant.
I noticed a more heavyset man, in grey that (having 5 years restaurant experience), I immediately discerned was the manager.
During my meal, I observed this individual standing in one spot & did not interact with any customers. He proceeded to be on his phone & seemed to be joking around with an employee.
I saw dirty tables & overheard other employees mention that help is needed but “Chris can’t be bothered”.
That’s unacceptable within a restaurant environment. Employees shouldn’t be visibly goofing off with their manager nor talking like that within earshot of customers!
Management should be leading by example & supporting their staff so that a situation like this doesn’t happen.
I enjoy Applebee’s for the great prices during evening happy hour but the atmosphere is being heavily affected & this is obviously an ongoing issue needs to be addressed.

Everything went well. It was just the food. Our fries were too salty and our boneless buffalo chicken was too salty as well. I got the shrimp and sirloin; it was fine but I asked for a medium rare steak and got a rare steak. (PICTURE ATTACHED) Didn’t finish it and just left. My partner had the neighborhood burger and it was dry. Our server was great but it problem is the food.
