Waited for 4 minutes to be seated. There was only one other table with people. It was not busy. The gal didn’t give us menus. We waited 5 minutes for her to come to our table and we had to ask for menus. Took another 5-10 minutes to get water. A person in my party asked for a beverage refill and the waitress forgot. We asked twice. The employees were not friendly and looked irritated. This was a very negative experience.

I love the food , drinks , and service. The issue is when I walk in with a friend. They always assume that I’m paying for my friend because she is female and I’m a male. We go there a lot. Same o story , same o song and dance when I ask for my check. They always dump it all on me. It puts me on the spot. I have to be that person. I have to request for optimized billing, this shouldn’t be. Just because I’m a guy doesn’t means that I’m buying for my friend. It’s sexist and annoying.

Every time I want to give Applebees another chance it goes horribly wrong. Went for half apps and half of my boneless chicken wings you couldn’t even cut with a fork. Chewy and hard it was impossible to eat. Mozzarella sticks were cold and stale. This place gets worse and worse.

We came during lunch, we had a party of 4 and Jon O, or Oswald – I might have botched his name but he was top notch, friendly, kind, and welcoming. He was on point on everything. In my opinion, if he didnt get a raise, he needs it. I would definitely come back because of him. No complaints about the food either.

I came in for a meal this evening, and was extremely pleased with my drink, food, and service! My server Lauren B was so attentive and polite, quick and provided such a great atmosphere for me to enjoy myself. I would highly recommend anyone to enjoy her service if you get the chance to! My drink was a little light but the bartender was nice.

Nice place we went during lunch was not busy at all. Waitstaff were extremely friendly and checked up on us at various points throughout the lunch.

Poorly managed. Understaffed on a night that they “know has lots of business” (the manager’s words, not mine). Every table we passed on the way to our seats were dirty. Friendly service, but stretched thin. We couldn’t get our server to come back to our table in a timely manner. We left before ordering due to the unpleasant atmosphere.

food was absolutely disgusting, not worth my 70$ tab what so ever. the server/host named savannah was rude and rolling eyes when seating us and looked disappointed to be here all night being rude to customers and her coworkers. not a good restaurant experience. the laziness was unreal. need to train servers to smile and not look unprofessional. there was also fruit flies in the restaurant.
