I was sooooo excited to try the O M Cheese burger so I ordered it today to go/pickup. After I got home and took a bite, I realized it was a plain cheeseburger. Dont get me wrong, it was flavorful although disappointed it wasn’t the one I ordered. The O M Cheese burger is served on a hot skillet which i didn’t expect with a pickup order. There was no bacon or the molten cheese to dip the burger in. The fries were incredible!!

Your standard Applebee’s. Decent food, good service, affordable prices.
Can tell some of the TVs around the restaurant are getting outdated… But that doesn’t affect the taste of the food. Parking is a little interesting with having to walk across a pretty busy street to get to the front door. All in all I would go back.

Food is what you expect from an establishment such as this. Taste is good and food is presented well. I was quite surprised by the variety of healthy food options. The steak was cooked as ordered (medium-rare).
Service here is top notch. From the moment we arrived the hostess greeted us warmly and asked us about our road trip. Then our server was just as welcoming and friendly.
Overall, we had a good time here at Applebee’s.

Our server was Harrison and was so great. Unfortunately, the manager Trevor had called our server over in the middle of us being helped which was very odd. I’ve never experienced a manager in food service pulling their server away when they are in the middle of talking with customers. Aside from that, everything was great.

The real gem of this place? Miss Nikki!! More restaurants need someone like Nikki. Warm, attentive, and genuinely radiant. She has that rare gift of making you feel completely taken care of without ever hovering. Her recommendations were spot on, and her energy alone is worth the visit.
Do yourself a favor: go for weekday lunch and ask for Miss Nikki. Have a tasty meal with fabulous company.

This place is so great. I’ve had some issues with other Applebees in the past, but NEVER this location. My partner and I have been coming to this one for quite a while and have become regulars here. We usually come for halfapps and bring a board game to play, bring an ipad to watch a show, or just study. We have had zero issues with the staff and food. Everyone here is so kind to us, I wish I knew everyones names! Bryant, James, Ally, Nico, Bryan, Maddy, Kaylee, Hannah, and everyone is so amazing. Some of the waiters have even started to remember our orders loll. I’ve come here definitely over 50 times, and not once has our food been messed up. The cooks in the back are wonderful. Food comes out insanely fast too. Usually takes about 8-15 minutes!! Even when it’s super busy, the staff is so kind. Once when they had a full house, James was our waiter and was so fast! He had to deal with annoying people who sat themselves and were being rude to him, but his attitude and response was amazing! Please tip your waiters!! These guys are amazing and deserve the world. Thank you to the amazing staff who are always so welcoming and kind to my partner and I. We love you guys! EDIT: I want to add Nikki on here! I used to mainly go at night so I wouldn’t see her, but I love coming here and seeing Nikki. She always is wearing flashy jewelry and is the kindest hearted person ever. Love seeing her 🙂 Also Jade and Katie (newer staff I think) are very delightful too. Jade has been so kind and speedy with my food <3

Every time I go in, the service is amazing! The food is fantastic, staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend to everyone out there to come in to the Southtown Applebee’s. Gaby and Phil are excellent bartenders!

Sunday night, Mgr. Greeted us at the door, Sage took our order right away!!! We were surprised by happy hour prices and shared 3 appetizers that were hot and very good tasting! Chicken Wonton Tacos, were our favorite! Boneless wings were 8 to a plate! Chicken Quesadilla were filling. Sage checked on us multiple times & was a wonderful server! Kind and efficient.

Do not go here. It took over an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. When it did arrive, a lot of it was cold. It tasted good, but was cold. The waiter was hit and miss. I should say I’m assuming that he expected trouble when it came time to check out. Because he sent the manager over to collect our bills. And when we told her about the weight and the service. She said oh this is the first time hearing about it. Took the money and left. Restaurant was not full, so there was no reason for the neglect from the cook and the waiter.
