The Truth Hurts Sometimes
After being seated and sitting for a good 15-20 minutes we were asked by 2 seperate waitresses if we had been helped. We had not been helped so the second waitress to ask took over our table and gave good service and was friendly, besides fixing the issue i will explain below….
We Ordered 2 for $25 meal deal. App was Cesar salads and then we tried the new fettuccine chicken parmesan. Also ordered trio app to feed our little one and have some apps ourselves.
Our salads arrived. One saturated and I mean saturated in Cesar dressing, the other barely a drop of dressing so we mixed them together to make them edible. I also found a French fry in the bottom of my salad… makes me fear for food safety going on in the back. Told waitress and she laughed it off and stated they had a new cook… okay but someone is training that cook right and food is being checked before it comes out one would hope… but clearly not.
We then got our meals and neither my husband or I could even eat the chicken on our pasta as we feared it was not cooked appropriately. The apps felt safe as those are quick cook things.
Overall left with the knowledge to not return to this location. Man I hope we dont get sick tomorrow…

Ordered a steak. It came out small and somewhat overcooked. I mentioned the size to my waiter, thinking perhaps he could charge for the smaller steak option. Instead, he brought me new new larger steak, properly prepared. The manager came out and informed me that they would also be coming meal. Everyone makes a mistake now and then. The way they stepped up to correct the situation, will beyond my request or expectations was truly impressive. Ultimately, both the food and the service were exemplary.

We stopped here going to get lights at gertens for my daughters house. We did the 2 for 25 deal. I had the cheeseburger grilled cheese. It looked fantastic had a bit of oil taste to it kinda like the grill maybe idk. The onion rings were awesome as were the fries. Overall was good value but the sandwich needs to be fixed. Atmosphere was great. Server was friendly.

I feel like the food at Applebee’s has gotten really bad and overpriced. I spent $84 dollars on two meals an a few drinks.
In the past, I ordered a burger and it was raw in the inside (not just pink, raw). I’ve also ordered appetizers here multiple times and never got them. The only thing I would get in return is an “Oops, sorry, do you still want it or do you want to take it off the meal?” I already ate my entree, no point in getting an appetizer now…
Went there again and ordered the Fajita wrap. There’s no indicator on the menu item that the wrap itself gets completely toasted. The cook toasted the wrap with LETTUCE inside it and it made it so soggy, I couldn’t finish it.
You’re better off just going to a local restaurant. $84 dollars for two people is absolutely insane for the food quality.

I think it’s disgusting to overhear someone that works here talking shit about another coworker to customers blaming him for hos slow the food comes out. I’m sorry but even if that is the issue all you are required to do is apologize and get the food out. No team member should ever talk down about there staff to customers it’s disgusting and shows team is not here! Girl with the short curly hair and facial piercing and glasses. Get trained better because I this is not it!

Chips had so much salt they were inedible, buffalo sauce drenched my mozzarella sticks, asked/paid for extra celery and received 3 inedible pieces, ordered ranch and received blue cheese. ZERO care went into my order, ended up going back for a refund and left hungry.

I walked In Thursday 1:15 pm with a pleasant “hello Sir how can we help you today?”
Long story short, this operation is a well oiled machine.
All staff moving quick staying in constant communication.
I ordered Chicken Breast, Garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli and a IPA.
8 min later It was cooked perfectly with a prompt check back.
I would highly recommend this location.
