The staff was very patient with us, and when my grandmother thought she didn’t get something she ordered (she wasn’t very clear and most likely forgot she hadn’t) the staff was very accommodating and got her what she was missing quickly!

The service was slow for a place that wasn’t even full. The onion rings were heavily breaded that I couldn’t even taste onion. An order of onion rings is 5 rings. They weren’t even large rings. Not worth the money they charge. The fajita roll up had no flavor to it. I didn’t even taste the chicken. I only went to this place was because I had a gift card to use, otherwise I don’t go to Applebee’s ever. And after tonight I remember why. The food is not good and the service is even worse.

When I went there on memorial day it was a little understaffed but at the same time there weren’t a lot of people dining that day either. So it wasn’t a big of an issue. They’re 2 for 20 or 25 is a great deal for any budget plus the quality of the food was good. I highly recommend it.

Came at 8:35 but didn’t get even our appetizer until 9:25. Our server was extremely slow for a not-crowded restaurant. Food was excellent as always. Ordered the cedar salmon and tomato basil soup. Service was a little slow.

Ordered carside to go, got home to find no dressing for my Caeser salad. Called and they said they would have it ready for me to go and pick up. Drove all the way back and the server had no idea what I was talking about and was a bit rude when she brought the dressing out, which the salad normally comes with 2 cups, she brought me 1. This is the 2nd time this has happened with dressing missing. Yes, it’s a small thing, but who’s going to eat a salad without dressing? Nothing done to compensate me for making 2 trips either. Just a bummer.

Took forever to get 1st beer, when the 1st beer came it was skunky, asked for a new bottled beer that one tasted them same as well. Did this 3x then decided to switch to tap beer. Lately it just seems the service there is going down fast.
