Had a great visit to Applebees. I came for the new OMCheeseburger and to have a couple drinks with my wife. We ordered onion rings for an appetizer, and they were amazing! My wife got the 3 cheese chicken Penne, and she said it was good. My burger, was quite the disappointment. The cheese wasn’t even melted, for something thats supposed to be served on a super hot skillet that was quite strange. The burger was also falling open. When I did try to lift the burger, the meat had gotten stuck to the skillet so my meat kinda fell out. I do have to say, it was very tasty, just disappointed with what I thought would be gooey cheese.

We were surprised that the restaurant warmth too busy on a Friday night, but it worked for us. We had prompt and friendly service. Our food was good and reasonably priced. 3 of us ordered the mix and match 3 appetizers for $14.99.

So this is a hit and miss review. They weren’t very busy, but the service was pretty slow. The bourbon and shrimp dinner was very good, but the cheeseburger was fairly bland. The boneless chicken appetizer was great, and the buffalo sauce was very tasty. The onion rings were as good as you can get. The men’s bathroom rated below expectations. Smelled like a gas station bathroom. This restaurant needs some guidance.

I don’t typically review a lot of chain restaurants, but we were so impressed with the service at this Applebees! The hostess began striking conversation with us and was pleasant. Our waitress, Izabelle did a fantastic job with her service, always refilling drinks and fry’s. We had a miscommunication with a coupon and her and her manager were able to help us find a solution and waived one of our hamburgers. We so appreciated our time tonight!

Dollar margaritas were better than expected. Restaurant clean, quiet, nice lighting. Bar tender waited table, was polite and timely. Food acceptable but not impressive in any way. Bacon cheeseburger with side of garlic green beans, which were canned. Fried chicken sandwich with fries. Margaritas, only lime, out of other flavors.

This evening my family and I went out for a nice bit to eat, as usual we were not let down. Our service was fast, efficient, and certainly very knowledgeable about menu choices (I just had severe dental work). Mariah B you are FANTASTIC & PHENOMENAL!!!!! You made our day!!!!

I had an amazing time. Our waitress Kayla was super nice and outgoing. She checked on us and made sure we were taken care of! My group of 3 all pitched in 10 dollars. She deserves a great tip for excellent service! Also food was amazing and had flavor. Alcohol and wine was perfect.

Went in for the new OMG Burger was overcooked stuck to the pan. We were told to wait to be seated while there was at least 10 to 15 tables open. We waited around for our drinks. Got our drinks and and a water cup. Found multiple floaties. Then I was looking at my soda and realized the cup was dirty. This will be the last time I go to Applebee’s and spend $75

Not a good experience.
Our waitress was obviously impaired with idk what , she had a strong smell but that’s not my business if she can do her job but when it affects my food situation it’s not good , I actually thought she might fall when taking our order .
My husband and I ordered the same thing , 2 cheese burgers. She comes back with one right and the other not , we told her we both ordered cheeseburgers so she takes them both back and we sit while they make another another cheeseburger, then she proudly comes back out with one meal cold( it sat in the kitchen) and the other one hot , we both already had sat there while people that came in after us got their food , we were not even hungry at that point .

We enjoyed our time at applebee’s.We had a wonderful waiter who was very friendly and helped us.So much while we were there period he found out while talking with us that my fiance had just come from the philippines.And we were going to be married in early november. After our meal, he surprised us with a treat.Which I thought was so nice and we really appreciated it , we will be back on saturday, november eighth.To celebrate our wedding with a nice meal.And some friends, thank you, jimmy,
