The waitress was very knowledgeable when I made it clear we were looking for the special for $9.99. She was friendly, efficient, and checked on us throughout our visit. She offered dessert options when I asked if they had a mini for the chocolate lava cake (which there was no mini version). The team all seemed to work together well. 2 members of management even stopped at the table to see how things were going.

My waitress was pleasant but it was very busy and they only had two on the floor so she did the best she could. Ordered a burger and fries and caesar salad. Salad was great. Fries were bit too salty. Burger was luke warm and the bottom bun was made from some of the hardest material in the known universe.
If I bit into that, would have been game over.

Tragic customer service experience.. always a bad sign when the manager explains that the reason you cannot order a sandwich on the menu is because they do not have the soup to accompany it. ‘No problem, don’t need the soup, or substitute a salad perhaps? ‘Our system will not let us put the order in, it is blocked because we are out of the soup’. ‘You can’t talk to the kitchen and order the sandwich?’ Our system is locked and your husband is rude’. The service was great and the atmosphere was okay for 2pm on. Wednesday. The food was underwhelming and overpriced. Applebee’s has clearly lowered their portion and food quality and raised their prices. I ordered their “pickle fries” which is a new menu item. They looked more like deep fried clams than pickles, and the portion was maybe 6 oz for $10. My whiskey burger had old, dry, hard bacon and the burger patty was flavorless. The french fries were shoestring type, and most of them were approximately 2 inches long. I felt like with bothe the pickle fries and french fries I got the last of the batch that was sitting there. Again, maybe 6 oz of fries. There was so much leftover real estate on the plates that it made everything look like not enough. Again, totally underwhelming. I don’t see Applebee’s staying open, if this is their business plan.

Ordered medium steak. It was well done and burned. Called and was given SEVERAL options to make it right. I chose for the steak to be redone. The second steak was perfectly medium. The manager was very nice. I really appreciate her making things right. Thank you Applebee’s!

My burger was terrible! Greasy bun,overcooked bacon,and it was spicy. I ate maybe 4 bites and I wasn’t feeling good shortly after. I didn’t even care for the fries that much. The only thing I did like was the margarita. But we will never go back.
