Exceptional Service and The Best Steak!
I was in from NY and I had to take the time to write a review for the team at this Applebee’s location because they truly deserves recognition.
From the moment I walked in, the service was more than I expected—friendly, prompt, and genuinely attentive. Our server was fantastic and clearly cared about our experience. The highlight was the food. I ordered the steak and it was absolutely perfectly cooked, truly one of the best. The kitchen clearly takes pride in its execution.
Even though the environment was busy and bustling, the feeling remained surprisingly quaint and comfortable. It felt like a great local spot.
Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful dining experience!

I got the chicken parmesan fettuccine, grilled cheese cheeseburger and onion rings. My son got the blackened salmon, mashed potatoes and wings. All the food was fantastic and perfectly cooked. The portions were a lot bigger than we expected, so we had plenty of food to take home. Servers were excellent. All that we can say is if you want great food and excellent service with a downhome feel, Applebee’s is the place to go. Fabulous job to all of the staff.

Service/staff- Seem to have issues in the timing of bringing the food out. Entrees came out within minutes of when the appetizer showed up. Person other than our waitress brought the appetizers out, maybe the issue was with that? Too long for the “adult” drinks to be brought to our table, pushing 10 minutes. This issue may be more on the bartender than the waitress.

Walked in around 1:50pm on a Sat. Worst service and food ever from this location. 6 groups waiting as we walked in, none had been helped. Was not busy. 4 groups left before a host or anyone else even noticed. My group of 3 got sat after about 5-7 min. The 3 other groups after us all got drinks and food before we where even greeted by our server. The food was not good. Lukewarm, the double crunch shrimp breading was mushy and my 4 cheese mac and cheese with Glazed Honey BBQ chicken tenders had no cheese and a dribble of BBQ sauce. No silverware until after the meal was served. Lonely breadstick was served 5 min later. Opps.. Bartender, MOD and several servers just gossiping, not paying attention to anything. At least my meal was comped. Only reason I even left her a tip.

The place had bits of food on our “clean” tables and all over the floor. One of our chicken pasta dishes came out literally cold and wasn’t great. The server was never around. They would go to seat people then had to move them because it wasn’t clean.

My wife and I ate at Applebee’s on Sunday, September 22nd at 2:30 pm CST. It was game day Sunday and we just wanted to watch a few football games. The waitress and I were having fun with the different flavors of lemonade that I could order. I started off with Kiwi, then got Mango, Blue Raspberry, Pomegranate, and Red Raspberry. They were all very tasty. We did order some food to go along with our lemonades and it tasted fine.
The lobby was clean, the bar was clean, and the bathrooms were clean. More importantly, the staff were friendly and my glass was always full! What more could you want?

We got sat at a table that was not clean. Servers didn’t know who had which section so a couple went w/o service next to us for a while. Our server was personally great, but other than that the experience was not great. For the price of food, it could 100% be better. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience. Ordered the neighborhood burger. Got served two thin slivers of “burger” that didn’t even fit the bun. Does not come close to the website picture. Advertising versus reality!!

Disappointed in the food. We love going to Applebee’s as they have a nice variety on their menu no matter what you might be in the mood to eat. Usually the food is great but this go round my bun was a little burnt and my bacon was burnt black and a almost nonexistent. The waitress did have it remade for me but at that point my husband had already finished his food and I was full off of the french fries so she boxed up to take home. Not sure if this was an off night for someone but hopefully our next visit is better.
