I don’t normally do this but when I got the service I did I just had to write a review!! Stopped in to order takeout and sat at the bar. Kailley was the bartender. She was quick on her feet and handled the bar and surrounding tables like a boss! She made my visit enjoyable with her ora and pleasant smile. I later had a conversation with the manager Miranda which was also wonderful!!

The drinks we got were perfect so good job to the bar tender. The food was terrible, had to be selling yesterday’s pasta. We sent the food back for a remake. Waited another 20 minutes and got different pasta that was just as old. During our long wait the people at the table next to us complained about the food being cold and the waitress literally said she would pop it in the microwave for a minute for them. Insane to witness, sent the food back and paid for our drinks. Don’t waste your money here!

Food was average at best! The chicken looked to be pre-cooked grilled slices you find in the freezer section rather than a whole chicken breast. It tasted fine as the sauce was good. The service was awful. The girl took my order, brought out my food and didn’t check on me once. No refills, no asking how everything was. You are in the customer service industry. Be better.

My husband and I were here on Friday 1/23. We came specifically to try the new OMCheeseburger. We sat at the bar. It was happy hour and the bartender Vanessa suggested we check out the half off apps. We ordered a half off app and a full priced app she said was her favorite. It was delicious. The OMCheeseburger did not disappoint! That cheese pull? *chefs kiss* We didn’t feel rushed, but service was attentive. Food came out hot and fresh. We will definitely come back with hopes Vanessa is working again!!

Yes I was at Applebee’s today to get something to eat. I’ve been there many times without issues. However tonight was nothing like being ignored was there 15 minutes plus and no one approached my table. The icing on the cake was when the waiter started with customers that came in after me. At that point I just said ok out loud and then the waiter turned towards me and said I’ll be there in a minute, but sounded irritated with that I put on my coat and left. I told another waitress that service was extremely poor. I’m a senior by myself guess I wasn’t important enough, what the waiter didn’t regardless of my age he would have received an excellent tip I always tip above knowing they have a hard job.

Being sat by the door and not being able to leave 7 minutes shy of TWO HOURS when it’s like 12 degrees outside was agonizing. Not to mention the bathroom episode I witnessed about staff, or the dirty booth i had to wipe off before sitting down, or the cold food, or never having drinks and food at the same time, being too scared to finish a drink because it would take another half hour to fill it, not asking how the bill was split and we were too scared to ask because it would take too long to get the bill back and we were cold, not checking on us and having to find someone to heat up something thats supposed to be fried, charging us for ranch we didnt ask for…. It was just appetizers and it wasnt busy, I do not know where the breakdown was but I am so unhappy and cold. Then I tried to do the survey and even that didnt work. I really try to shy away from leaving poor reviews but this wasted time and money and I’m just super sad.
Update: Tried it again by request, much better service and we had a nice time. Queso was weird but everything else was good. Thank you for following up and offering to fix it. 🙂

I waited several minutes at the bar before someone came to take my order. There was no one behind the bar (it was just past lunchtime and the place was not busy). Food was delicious although the steak (8 oz. Bourbon Street) was overcooked. When I pointed that out to the server, he immediately returned it to the kitchen and ordered another which was cooked to order. He also gave me a complimentary salad. Over all, good service, once started. Pleasant atmosphere.

Major disappointment to say the least! Only 3 people dining, after waiting for the server (Jessica P) we ordered our meal. Our drinks (diet) finally came and my husband asked for a couple extra napkins when possible. That didn’t happen. Brought our meals; mine was very cold and definitely not appetizing. He asked for butter; didn’t happen. The manager did come by and I told him about our experience. He brought an appetizer:((. The server was poor to say the least; too busy socializing. I overheard another table complaining about the food. Upon leaving I stopped at the restroom; filthy-unkept! No wonder the restaurant wasn’t busy. We certainly won’t be going back!!!

Kids burger was half the size of the bun. Bloody Mary looked good but bland and weak. Ribs were sticky and a bit tough. Quesadilla was weird tasting. Messed up my bill. By the time I got it figured out, my take home boxes disappeared. Service is sloooooow, as always is, here. Men’s bathroom dirty. Wife reported womens bathroom had freezing seat. Waitress was nice but forgot much of our order and messed up our printed bill. We are done with Applebee’s. Next time we will go to Texas Roadhouse, Chili’s, or Rolfs for ribs.

Horrible experience, whole place smelled like weed, ordered at 8:30 and left at 9:30 being only given our salads and drinks in an hour. Waitress never checked in with us or refilled drinks. Place was not busy, just laziness and sheer stupidity. If that’s the average experience, just close it down.
