Great dinner. Service was outstanding. Food was hot and fresh. Our server, Carly was amazing. We had several questions and the manager Carrie was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed talking with her. You can tell she takes great pride in her job. Love all the new specials.

I placed an online order today for dinner. Didn’t feel like going out so I had it delivered. The app does not give notifications for allergies so I had to call up there because my son has a severe shrimp allergy and the lady I talked to Jayda. Was really good about making sure that it got taken care of. They even packaged it separately from mine because mine could’ve been crossed contaminated. I’m very happy with the service and the way they handled this order.

Our family visited Applebees in Grand Haven Sunday evening.
Food – The food was okay. My wife had ordered the Quesadilla Burger which she had been having a craving for; she asked for it to be pink (versus not pink which was the other option)and it came out well done. She ate the first half (I had a bite which was overdone). I ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Penne which was good; seemed like it may have been sitting for a bit but it was still warm enough to eat. My son had the 8 oz sirloin medium rare, came out medium well. Other son had the kid’s pizza which seemed fine.
Service – Our waiter was friendly and attentive.
Atmosphere- This is your standard Applebees and was clean.
We tend to visit here a couple times per year.

We’ve been here a few times before and always had a great experience, which is why today was really disappointing. My family and I came in after a long day of work, still in our work clothes from helping people get out of ditches and dealing with roadside situations.
Our server took our drink order and then didn’t come back for a long time. The restaurant wasn’t even packed, but she was helping other tables around us and taking food orders for people who came in after us. We never got our drinks refilled and she didn’t check on us at all to see if we needed anything. I had to keep trying to get her attention, and it honestly felt like we were being ignored.
Overall, it felt like we were being judged because of how we looked, and as a Mexican family it made us feel uncomfortable, like we were being treated differently. We came in to eat and relax as a family, but we left feeling disrespected.

We had the absolute best experience, from her cheerful attitude, to the follow up on how our table was when they were backed up, we had an awesome time. My roommates and I go to Applebee’s very often, and when we ended up here after a long day, we had our best experience yet at one yet. The restaurant was calm, with the music actually turned up to where you can hear it as opposed to every other Applebee’s we’ve been to, and the waitress was very helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Hollie, and she was both patient and ready to assist us when needed and left a very positive impression on us. She even brought over a refill for my drink without prompt! The food as well was great, looking and tasting fresh. Highly recommend this location for an evening out.

On a friday night when everybody’s out having dinner and enjoying company with their family or friends.I was alone and distraught,in the town of grand haven due to circumstances that were beyond my control. I stopped into the local applebee’s in grand haven walked in, and I was going to have some dinner but then I realized I have a problem.I don’t have the funds to bye the dinner. A wonderful manager named tony came and introduced herself to me and listened to me ramble for about thirty seconds and told me that was enough.She was going to take care of my dinner herself.The compassion and the sweetness of that young lady to buy my dinner melted my heart.I couldn’t believe the kindness that she bestowed on me.And that this type of situation still exists in today’s society.Anyway, the other girls were just as good and they made me a dinner to go. What a wonderful interactionI had at applebee’s in grand haven.Tonight.
