We were served raw chicken. When we told the server, we were asked if we wanted to keep it or get a new one. Wow? Was the chef sleeping or had too much to drink? The manager or whoever he was, gave us a discount and apologized.

Came in with my family and waited about 15 minutes before having to ask the hostess if we even had a server. After that, it took another 15 minutes just to get my beer. We ordered an appetizer that never arrived while we were eating; by the time we finished our meals, it still wasn’t out, so we had it boxed to go.
Our waitress was very friendly and did her best, and I genuinely felt bad for her — it appeared there were only three servers working the entire restaurant. The real issue was clearly poor management and staffing, which made for a very frustrating experience.

Had to ask for our appetizer 3 times, waitress didn’t know what she was doing neither did the manager. ” I’ve only been here 3 days and idk what to do” Really? I’ve never had such an awful experience in a restaurant. Never again.

My family and I come in this Applebee about once week and we always have amazing service. The staff here is amazing. We had Bri recently and even though she was busy she was super attentive and did amazing. Hannah and Christi are our other go to servers! Best restaurant team! The managers are all very friendly and accommodating as well! We love this Applebee’s!

I’ve never seen gray and smelly, microwaved, cold 3 ribeyes and you are half mile from where we at—Kids won’t eat it and it’s a waste of money. No utensils, no napkins, not sealed, just really, really ZERO DEGREE OF CARE. I know you make your millions in the neighborhood but man… your cooks and staff don’t care or lack of proper training and my kids still hungry.

My family and I dined here about a week ago and were served by Hannah. While she was fast, her service felt extremely rushed and inattentive. We felt consistently overlooked, as she appeared to prioritize other tables while neglecting our needs. We had to wait longer than expected for assistance and did not receive the level of attention or care we anticipated. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and did not meet our expectations for quality service.

Our last visit was in December 2019, and we left after 10 minutes because no one came over to take a drink order, etc. They were all just standing around. Today was a whole different story. We had a great server, Ally, who took great care of Allyson,! Our food was great! Apps came out nice and hot, my wife’s steak was excellent as was my sandwich! We will definitely be back!

I woke up the morning after having a very nice supper with my wife and realized I must have left my billfold there. I called at 8 AM and THEY ANDWERED. Ashton looked for it but said he would have to check with last night’s shift. He called me an hour later with my billfold! He refused a reward but I told him he restored my faith in mankind. He said that’s reward enough… Nice guy! Thx Ashton!
