Usually a good chain to grab a decent meal. Today didn’t dissapoint. Had the strawberry chicken salad with blue cheese instead of the default dressings. It was very good. I’d get that again for sure. The coffee was pretty good. The only complaint was that the music was crazy loud for lunchtime. We sat furthest from the speakers, but it was still so hard to have a conversation.

Our waitress … was not professional at all. Our service was a disaster and extremely slow. It took 8-10 minutes just to get drinks. Every time she approached the table she dropped off what she needed and rushed away, made it difficult to ask her for to go orders or simply ask for a refill. Not sure if she is fresh off training but she needs to refer back to the training handbook. This customer service is what closes businesses in this town.

Our family went to Applebee’s last night. The food was delicious, best I have ever had at Applebee’s. Our waitress, Callie T was wonderful and full of positive energy. It made our evening out extra special. We talked about the food and service the rest of the night. This isn’t a usual place for us to eat but that will change!

Absolutely love this location and Trina is one of the main reasons why. She exudes significant confidence and does great with suggestive selling, it’s as though she knew what I wanted to order.
She has an amazing attitude, great presence and provides exceptional customer service. If that wasn’t enough, you can tell by her interactions with fellow staff and other customers that she is genuine and definitely a keeper.
Oh, and the food was fresh hot and amazing!
This combination, along with the manager who has an equally positive attitude and personality is why we’ll keep coming back.

My boyfriend & I have given this Applebees a chance twice because the ones in toledo are really good in our opinion. The first time we stood in the waiting lobby for about 15-20 minutes, hosts & servers walking right by & not acknowledging us. We kept waiting thinking every time someone walked by they would seat us & the others were just busy, but no one ever did. We were the only ones waiting & the restaurant was by no means full so we were confused but decided to just leave if they were too busy. Yesterday we decided to try again & we actually were seated right away. Unfortunately, in the most awkward seating arrangement i’ve ever seen. I understand having certain tables as a server/host & I don’t blame the kid that seated us but seriously what is that set up. It was super uncomfortable, we were practically staring at & breathing on the family next to us, it felt like we were on a public bus. It was like a bad dream & I honestly thought it was a joke. There was no chance of us having a conversation or even being able to break the tension as us & the other family were legitimately rubbing shoulders. We got up & went to Cancun down the road, & we’ve never actually gotten to try the food at this location. The Applebees i’ve been too usually have some kind of glass in between the sections to prevent this, i seriously suggest considering a remodel.

My husband I have gone here for years. We always have an amazing experience but today we had a server that really stood out to us. Callie R was our server and she was phenomenal. She had our drink orders in the first minute we sat down, took our order when we were ready and made sure our food came out quick and perfect. She was really nice and definitely one of the better experiences I have had in a restaurant. Keep up with the hard work!!

Apparently our waitress didn’t understand our order but never asked us to clarify so when everyones food came out I was sat alone with out food as she said they were remaking it. We didn’t get silverware until we asked and then we were given 6 sets of it for some reason when there was only 3 of us at the table. My food didnt come out until my table was finished with there meals and at that point I didn’t even want it. When the bill came she said she took off the meal but when looking at it she was actually charging me for two meals and then took off the one she messed up, which of course she should take that off? I never ate it and she took it to the back? She then also charged us for extra food that we didnt ask for. Overall the worst experience I‘ve ever had in a restaurant and were never coming back. She also messed up the order for the table behind us. Apparently for them she forgot there whole order. She was super condescending while calling me darling the entire time and assumed I was wrong about the bill and then when she actually looked at it realized I was right.

Brianna is very attentive and was quick to take care of every request we had. Hands down a great waitress to have. Recommend visiting Adrian Applebees Bee’s for their amazing service!
