I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with waffle fries. The burger itself was really good, and our waitress was friendly and pleasant throughout the meal.
The only disappointment was the waffle fries. They’re an upcharge, which I was fine with at first — but the portion size was extremely small. For what you pay, it ends up being about $1 per fry, which feels pretty ridiculous. If there’s going to be an extra charge, the portion should reflect that.
Overall, good burger and friendly service, but I wouldn’t pay extra for the waffle fries again.

My meal was excellent however, some of the staff need to understand that all patrons deserve kind and courteous service. My waitress Jackie was outstanding and if I return I will request to be seated in her section shall I return. There was a sign indicating if a manager does not engage with you during your meal you will receive $5 off. The manager interacted with patrons in the booth next to me several times and when I was almost done the manager stopped and said “is everything good” I said yes and she walked away. I guess my permanent tan offended her disposition. Service with a smile is a minimal standard. The greeter who seated me was pleasant and kind, my waitress was pleasant and kind, but the manager was not. I really didn’t want to reveal the gender of the manager but you can’t improve if you are not informed. The 1 star reflects improper training of the manager, I rewarded my server with a tip equivalent to my total bill. I only mentioned my permanent tan because I was the only person in the establishment with a high level of melanin.

We had a road trip to Indiana last night so we stop on our way back home for some dinner and the watch the game. We had Haley as our server. We ordered our food thought we were getting the 2/$30 until we got our bill. Well when she brought the bill she billed us for everything we ordered. She pretty much told me because we didn’t specify thats what we wanted she rang it in as a regular order. Okay thats fine. So I asked her why she wouldnt have ask us if we wanted the meal deal or suggest it with everything we ordered since it was part of the deal. She told me it was pretty much an autopilot as far as being a server. So I never say anything about being a server until she made said comment. To me she was more worried about her tip (since tipping suggestions start at 15%) then her guest. I have never had such poor service at any applebees until last night at the three rivers location. She only checked on us 3 times once after we received our food once to refill my husband’s beer not my drink (which was a little irritating since it was gone) and to see if we wanted anything else we said no and she handed us the bill.. In my opinion Haley needs taken off the floor and given more training. All of the servers were just as busy as she was and I watched them check on their tables 2 to 3 times more than Haley checked on us. So like I said before im a server and I make my money off of what a guest tips me. Maybe applebees is different and they pay their servers a livable wage. But this is one location we will never come to again.

Went in yesterday with my girlfriend for the All You Can Eat Riblets and Tenders. What a mistake.
The food was awful—served barely warm, closer to room temperature than hot. The chicken tenders were discolored, and when I asked, the waiter admitted they were having problems and still using old, unfiltered fryer oil. That’s beyond disgusting and potentially a serious health code issue.
We sent the food back immediately. Then, when the check came, the food we didn’t eat was still on the bill. The waiter claimed he “forgot” to remove it. Right.
Between the bad food, the gross oil, and the shady billing, I can confidently say this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Save your money and your stomach—skip this place.

We have been to this Applebees a number of times, it’s always a fine experience but this Monday was made wonderful by our waitress, Trisha! She is so hospitable and gave us that friendly neighbor service that makes you feel right at home. She is fantastic! Thank you Trisha!

Best bar in Three Rivers to get the expected bar experience in life where you have a bartender that speaks and checks on you as well as a good place to eat solo and meet new people. I might frequent here more often on weekends since the bars are always hosting different events and I never know if I’m going to get to dance or do karaoke or a live band.

was happy they had a vegan burger option and easy to find a vegan menu online, food was good. was able to seat our group of 5 easily where we wanted which was nice. interior was a little outdated though.

Ate here 3 times in one week because there isn’t much else for choices. Steak and chicken were over cooked the first time. Second time, fries were like rocks and noodles were overcooked. Ordered again tonight, to go, 4 meals, only got 2 silverware, pasta is overcooked. They need a new cook(s) because whoever is back there doesn’t know how to cook. Our waitress was great.
