The service here is non existent. After an hour and a half wait I received a cold dinner and was told that it would be another 45 minutes for them to remake it My brother’s burger was completely raw inside. Its now been about an hour that we are waiting on refills and the server is too interested in his phone than serving his guests. This place has definitely gone down hill. And currently there are only 18 guests in the whole place and 6 of them are at the bar

At first it’s good but then it’s seem like the more I come here it feel less comfortable. Also seem like people are always judging other people. Not to mention that I notice that some people expect you to tip on when the staff hardly ask you if you want another drink.

Food is good here. However I feel every time I come here I either have a wait till someone seats me or the waiter / waitress is not that good. I say this not to put them down because they are nice but my wait time even if it’s not busy there is not great. I wait a long time when done eating to get my bill. The last time coming here the lady that sat us was actually more attentive than the person serving the table. When I came to this location I got the appetizer platter that hade multiple appetizers on it and all the food was good.

This location doesn’t even deserve one star. I came here for my birthday and what a disappointment. Food was awful service was even worse. lets start with as we were ordering she started and as my daughter and her family was ordering she skips my daughter and the kids. She get to me and my crew and I had asked if everyone had ordered and she said yea but my daughter said no she took our order and went to another table. Didn’t even act like she cared. She was very rude when we flagged her down so they could order for the kids and my daughter. The waitress was very inattentive never once came to our table to ask if we needed drinks or if everything was ok. My daughter found hair in her food and she got an attitude and said no one here has long hair. But we say several people going in and out of the kitchen and serving food to tables with long hair. She asked if she wanted it remade or something else like it had a nasty hair in it that shouldn’t even be a question. Like here let me fix that for you. Offer a discount or speak to a manager something. I was overcharged for things I didn’t order but I just figured that was our waitresses tip hope she enjoyed the 2 extra sodas and the extra appetizers we never received.. we will never return to any Applebee’s this isn’t the first bad experience we have had.

Came in and was seated. Wasn’t busy. Waited 15 mins and not a single server said a word to us. 3 servers waited on the tables around us..not a word to us. 3 different servers Bussed a table that was long gone….still didn’t say a word. Until I stood up to look for management. Someone says. Oh have a great night…..uh yep. Thanks for waiting on us….so I grabbed my coat and they were quick to buss our clean table. Unbelievable.

Had a great time watching the michigan game while enjoying some superb tasting food for affordable price! Everything was served within 10-15 minutes & was cooked fresh too my liking & was served hot I can’t complain about the service I had a great server who made sure I had everything I asked for. I ordered a few drinks including there $3 patron shooters to mix in my margaritas that we’re only $6 pictured below ! I’ve been too the Portage location just to wait almost 2hrs for my food to be served cold & half cooked so I suggest this location for a better experience and a superb atmosphere!

We went to come here to watch the Tigers game. We put in a reservation for a table and was informed it was an 11 minute wait. We arrived and was waiting there and after 25 mins I was informed we were removed from the waitlist. About 5 mins later we were seated. On the TVs, there was multiple of football games, but none of the Post-season Tigers game. We asked kindly if it can be turned to it and was ignored. We asked again and was given attitude by the bartender. At that moment we called other places and was immediately taken in by somewhere down the road where they were playing the game. We aren’t local to the Richland area and it’s evident of where not to go.

2 months ago we visited this restaurant. There were two of us. There were 3 parties ahead of us. The greeter said we did not need to give our name because it wasn’t that busy. After waiting for 10 minutes, Another party of 4 arrived behind us and was seated before we were. Frustrated, we left.
Tonight, we again visited this restaurant. There were approximately a dozen tables occupied. Not busy at this time. We were seated immediately. Waited approximately 12 minutes and not one acknowledgement by a server that we were here. No drink order was taken. Tables around us were being served. We also noticed approximately 4 servers around the bar laughing and joking amongst themselves.
12 minutes was enough! We departed without placing an order. Where is management? Customer service has severely taken a hit here. It’ll be along time before we return and I won’t be recommending this location.
