Everyone is always so friendly, attentive and always on the move. Our experience this past visit was unforgettable. A huge and special thanks to our bartender/server Olivia who performed an exceptional service performance, to not just us, but everyone around her. She’s quite the seller with a positive attitude and recommendations from the menu. Overall, our experience was a delight and we thank the Managers as well for checking in on us. Made a phone order and went to pickup the food. I wanted to come into the restaurant and wait, cause that way I could see some of the games playing while I waited. Tuesday eve around 5:45pm, and the restaurant was nearly full. At least 3-4 ladies working the floor, bar was clean and the atmosphere was lively. Waited approximately 11 minutes for our pickup order. Full rack of BBq ribs, and Breaded Chicken Oriental Salad for the wife. returned home, food was still warm, fresh, and we devoured it. As always, it was delicious and I have nothing but good things to say about our local Applebee’s. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience.

While I was having dinner, I witnessed two buses start to empty a table that was not done eating and they were touching the food and everything. The waitress told them to stop. They proceeded to put the stuff back where it looks like a half ass I’ve been touched neither the busters nor the waitress had them enough decency. Respect to either accommodate the bill the service or the fact that food had been touched nor did they say anything to the customer horrible service, horrible management horrible training not what servers do.

Terrible experience when to sit down and just warm up with my service dog as a disabled veteran they didn’t like that I didn’t pull my money out fast enough and I was eating some snacks I had so they kicked me out never use this place ever again I’d never use it if I was a veteran. Boycott this place.

Had Miss Dunn, as a waitress with the most excellent service she was very prompt on everything and made a great suggestion for dinner we had Cajun chicken with sausage and it was very yummy! Its been a while since we ate here cause the last time our service wasn’t the Best but this time was above excellent thank you Miss Dunn!

I normally avoid Applebee’s, even using it as a joke when being asked where I want to go to eat. But this particular Applebee’s has ALWAYS lived up to what it should be. Very clean, attentive waiter; despite the bar staff all visiting in a clump with a few customers while drink orders piled up. I didn’t like our appreciate that. The server did his best however, the appetizer was good, and so was the food. No wait other than drink orders. This is a rare Applebee’s in a sea of mediocre dirty Applebee’s that have seemed to take over just south in indiana. The Angola location could learn a lot from this spot on cleaning, staff, and how to clean a restroom. Very happily surprised.

My vow to never visit a chain restaurant has been broken. Our server (Olivia) was a total delight. Excellent suggestions, knew her menu, made awesome drinks, the food was delicious, steak grilled perfectly, could not have had a better experience.

Went to this establishment to eat dinner with my wife while eating dinner watched bus staff clear a table when the server come over and told her that the people were in the restroom they proceeded to take the plates that they had just cleared and put into the plastic bin and put them back on the table contaminating the food didn’t even tell the people that this had happened to them, my wife and myself told them about it within 5 minutes of telling them they pretty much left brought it to the manager‘s attention. She said that they remade the food which is a lie to the fact that I watched the people sit there for about five minutes get up and leave.

First we stopped by BWS and were severely let down by the 0 customer service we received. Came to Applebees and old faithful did not disappoint. Sat straight at the bar, staff was super attentive and I was surprised with a wonderful veterans dinner. Should have just started here to begin with. Thank you Applebees!
