Came in for happy hour (3-6pm), my bestie & I had a Bacardi bucket, Bahama Mama, & some pub pretzels & beer cheese. All very good, served fast, & very well. Kenzie was a wonderful bartender! We will be back soon!

The first steak I ordered was over cooked so I sent it back. The next one was raw in the middle. I don’t think the cook knew what medium rare is. The onion rings were over done and too crunchy but the French fries were very good. 1 point for the spuds! The prices are outrageous.

Terrible waitress. No personality and rude. Couldn’t remember anything that we ordered or asked for, and didn’t come back to check on us. We love Applebee’s and eat at out Benton Harbor Applebee’s quite often. Don’t have to worry about going back to the Kalamazoo one… food was not hot and my Alfredo was salty. My friends with me weren’t impressed.

Every time I come here, the service is spectacular. The staff is always on point and one of the bartenders, Alyssa, is the best. She has a awesome personality, knows how to make a great drink, and is very hospitable! You will not be disappointed by coming here for dinner and drinks!

Good food and atmosphere, but my favorite part about eating here is our server. I always ask for Margaux when I come in. Margaux is incredible, always so friendly and accommodating. She is a big reason we keep coming back, and she never disappoints!
