There’s a few plates in like to order when we come here.
Hamburgers are good, the Taco salad and the grilled chicken with shrimp and mash potatoes.
I was just slightly disappointed that the meals are getting way smaller than what they were a year ago for example.
But… service was great as usual! We have never had any problems with wrong orders or bad attitudes at all.
This is your safe spot when u want to eat out but not sure what u want.

Many week night specials. They offer deals on certain items as well as an all you can eat option. The staff seems very young and inexperienced. Our waitress dropped one of our plates.
I ordered the for cheese Mac and cheese with chicken tenders. I would not recommend this. There is a honey glaze on the chicken but it is awful, way sweeter than it should be. There is hardly any cheese sauce on the pasta. Definitely not what I was expecting.

The last time I visited a Applebee’s was over 10 years ago. I had a bad experience with food quality three different times and said ill never go back. I went back on veterans day obviously because it was free for me and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The food the service was great. Im definitely going to revisit. Well done. The manager behind the bar was over the top friendly. She was very attentive and was obviously in a great mood. Her professionalism was way over the top as well. Places need more people like her. Thank you Applebee’s for regaining my trust.

Had a let’s just say “different” encounter at the Fenton location. Upon arrival we walked in and there was a few people ahead of us and we patiently waited. The hostess dropped a menu on the ground so I picked it up and placed it on her podium. She gave me a snarky face as if she didn’t want my help. Fair enough. We then were seated by her and she gave us the dirty menu that had fallen on the ground and placed it on our clean table. Kind of strange but ok. Then we had the privilege of have Vanessa be our server. We ordered drinks and when she brought them to our table she told my wife “here grab these” (isn’t that your job to place them on the table). What was even more strange and rude is we ordered off the 2 for 25 menu and ordered the spinach and artichoke appetizer and my wife ordered the pasta. I wanted the burger but I didn’t want the garden on it or the jalapeño sauce on my burger. Her response was “ok so you’re telling me I have to take everything off” with just the look of hatred in her eyes. Yes waitress you do. And next time when someone orders a burger you should probably asked them how they want it cooked not just assume well done. Not a pleasant experience at all. Won’t be returning.

The Asian salad was boring. The cabbage and lettuce was poured out of a bag with too many dry noodles, a few almonds and pre seasoned chicken cubes, NOT grilled chicken. The OM cheese burger was NOTHING like the TV ad. Our bartender server never asked how the food was, only if we wanted another drink.

The service was fine. The waitress was super nice. The food was just super below average. The food just was not good. This is about the 3rd time at this specific location and I don’t know if it’s just bad luck but everytime we eat here it just isn’t great. Other Applebee’s we have great experiences.
To explain more I got their version of a club sandwich that’s toasted and the toasted bread had so much butter in it that it made it taste disgusting. That and the ingredients just tasted off. My wife and daughters pasta plates were not any better. We left most of the food on the plate and left pretty disappointed.
Not sure if Applebee’s is just not that great anymore or if it’s a location specific issue.

We had the burgers. Bacon, mushroom/Swiss and the quesadilla burgers. They were perfectly cooked and so flavorful. Our waitress, Vanessa, was friendly and on point!! If you had a bad experience before…go back and try again. It’s worth it!!!

Good was amazing!! Been to a few Applebee’s in my time this is 1 of the best, well the chef, was killing it!! Can’t remember the burger I got, but a mushroom Swiss something, very very yummy!!
