This Applebees is legit. As a lifelong Applebees hater, this location is changing the game. The service is seriously some of the best service we have ever received at any restaurant. Shoutout to Brenda, what an amazing server. The food is also great at this location. The vibes are immaculate and music is always great. Love the Davison Applebees so much

I enjoyed this Applebees location as much as I did. While I was at this location, I liked the friendly and attentive staff, but their service is especially slow at 5pm. The atmosphere is quiet, yet lovely for the best experience in the location.
Other than the slow staff wait, I had steak cooked perfectly, but their sides were cold upon bite. I bit into the broccoli and it tasted like it was out of a microwave ten minutes ago. The mashed potatoes were decent, but the steak was the best part of my plate overall.
Overall, I like the atmosphere, but the food and staff pace needs to be improved.

Not a great visit. Waitress forgot our appetizer. Both steaks were cooked wrong. No broccoli but apparently a nationwide shortage. Although, we were able to get it at Texas Road House last night. Charged extra $ for “loaded garlic mashed”. I counted approximately 15 shreds of cheese & 10 pieces of bacon. I don’t call that loaded. Long waits for food, check, & paying. ***I will say that the manager did bring us our appetizer later & didn’t charge us. Too bad we were full.

Our server was fantastic. I dont know his name but we were there last night in the far left corner booth in front and I had my teenage boys with me. That server was so pleasant and so attentive yall better keep him around!!!!

There are plenty of parking spaces at this establishment. One of the only negative comments I would make is upon entering the restaurant, there is a foul smell. I believe it is the detergent they use to wash their dishes/glassware at the bar, but it is most unappetizing. The service was good. We missed the all you can eat menu which was okay. I did not find a lot of meals that were vegetarian. I realize I could order salads sans meat. I ended up ordering the Impossible cheeseburger along with steamed broccoli and the other person in my party ordered fish and chips. We also ordered diet cokes which the drinks did not seem like diet drinks as they were too sweet! The food was ok but nothing extraordinary.

Usually never have an issue here but last night was by far the worst service / “Meal” I’ve had. Server was asked multiple times for a refill but continued to help all other customers around US. Not only was the service complete terrible but I received bloody mashed potatoes. YUMMY

Extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. Our server Natalie didn’t bring our drinks until 4 minutes before our food arrived, and then failed to check on us a single time. Our first drinks weren’t even halfway done when she came and pushed the bill onto us, and then didn’t come by a single time after that. We attempted to flag her down multiple times, considering we were in her section and she had active tables surrounding us, but she blatantly ignored us. We decided to cash out (we had to just leave cash on the table because she never returned to make change or speak with us) and order to-go drinks from the bar because we were so disappointed with our service, where we were informed “they don’t do to-go drinks” by the bartender. We went out to the car and ordered the drinks from the app and had them bring them out via curbside. Extremely confused how we were able to order and receive the drinks “they no longer do”. Overall, the staff needs to learn how to give better service, and what they actually offer, so disappointed.

So I would say this Applebee’s was a okay experience. We had a order of burnt onion rings that did get fixed with no questions asked. Are waitress was great and very knowledgeable of the menu and deals. Very friendly place they quickly fixed their mistake no questions asked, not sure why this place wasn’t busyer.

Pretty good overall. The building itself needs some considerably upgrades, feels very dated and TVs are not viewable from many tables so don’t bank on coming here for sports.
The food is as expected and currently they have the all you can eat tenders and ribs. Good deal but don’t personally care for the ribs.
Service is pretty good but kitchen falls behind.
