Great food, atmosphere and service. Enjoyed the meal even if I took 1/2 of it home. Could easily split something. Their hand crafted root beer, orange cream… and so yummy!

The employees were amazing! Came at the end of dinner and there was a little bit of a wait to be seated. Once seated the waitress was amazing considering how busy it still was. I ordered the pickle fries and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. The chicken was juicy yet slightly burned. To me it brought flavors out. Thank you for such an amazing dinner!

We have been here many times before and the food and service had always been great, but this visit was very disappointing.
House salad showed up 2 minutes after the main course.
Fries on the main course were leftover burnt scraps; very thin small pieces, size of a baby’s finger.
Coffee tasted burnt.
This will most likely be our last visit to this location.

I recently visited Applebee’s and had a solid, overall enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was exactly what you expect from Applebee’s—casual, relaxed, and comfortable, making it a good spot for a laid-back meal without feeling rushed. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had a steady flow of customers, which is always a good sign.
I ordered a steak, and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. The steak was cooked close to how I requested and was nicely seasoned. While it wasn’t a high-end steakhouse cut, it was flavorful, tender enough, and satisfying for the price point. The Most Beautiful Bunnies In The World
Terrible experience. They let us sit forever just to order. That should have been a sign. Then they refunded part of our order because 1) hopelessly overcooked steak, 2) cold mashed potatoes 3) we were not waiting another hour. Place was not even busy! Only good thing was beer on tap and a blue drink. Boneless chicken wings drenched in extremely spicy sauce. Then they overcharged us! The manager said they would refund us on the card in the end, he didn’t. We had to call him again. No shame and we do not think this was an accident.

halie c was amazing! she clearly had an almost full section but she stayed on top of all of it. didnt let my glass of water get empty. she was personable and great at her job. could easily tell shes not new to this. even took time to talk with us about pickles lol. great date night was made even better by her service. keep slayin queen

My family we stopped here for dinner before going back home. We walked in, got greeted, and only waited 15 minutes for a table of 9. Appetizers were awesome, and our entree was good! Our waitress was extremely awesome!

2024: Delicious! Happy hour date with my 8 year old. We had half off appetizers, he absolutely loved the chips and queso and mozzarella sticks. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was full of flavor and really tasty. Server was friendly and attentive.
2023: Applebee’s never disappoints! Took my 7 year old here for his birthday dinner, he got to pick the restaurant. The bourbon street steak was really good, full of flavor. The French onion soup was super cheesy, hot and tasty. Kiddo had a kids Mac and cheese meal with cheese sticks, he loved it. Our server was very attentive and nice. Recommend!
