Always a great experience, the bartender’s pretty much remember what I drink when I come in and always very friendly. Lauren n Krystal always pour a great beer or a cocktail. all the managers take time to walk around and greet the customers and just have a social chat.
Hayden has really come into his own behind the bar.

Welp, I’ve given this location five chances, and unfortunately, the food quality has consistently been poor unless a manager intervenes. My first visit involved raw food, which was later corrected with a gift card.
Subsequent orders were missing key ingredients or poorly prepared. I kept hoping things would improve, but even after tipping generously and trying different dishes, the results were disappointing.
After a long day, I gave it one last shot. The manager remade my meal, and the difference was clear—it was the only time the food was done right. I appreciate his effort, but one good plate out of multiple isn’t enough to justify returning or keeping a higher rating; Which I initial said I would restore, but given more thought the next morning I have chosen to give the actual 2 star with hopes it can be used to help. I simply can’t get past that bag in my food.
Between the overall cost, time, and consistent poor food quality, prep, and service, I can’t recommend this location. Like I would some others.
The manager kept this from being a 1-star review, but overall, it’s a 2-star experience at best. I honestly, havent given other brands this many attempts so its only fair.

Applebee’s as a whole could use a revamp. The brownie bite dessert, for example, is barely half the size of a $1 gas station snack cake, paired with a toddler-sized spoonful of ice cream—and yet they charge $3. It’s more fitting for a kids’ menu. If you’re looking for value, skip it. It’s not worth the money its small enough to just be spoon fed.

The food was terrible. We waited for 25 minutes to place our order. Then we waited for 40 minutes to get our appetizers. I ordered a well done steak. I had to send it back 3 times because the middle was pink. Each time i was ask repeatedly if i want anything else. I wanted a well done steak. The manager kept asking if i wanted anything else. We left without eating our steak. Would not recommend eating here unless you like raw meat. Andre was a great waiter. He was very polite.

Applebees in the state of Michigan is an absolute No for me. The service at this location was good, we were greeted and seated immediately. Liam was our server, he was ok, he forgot part of the order and we really only had some appetizers and the restaurant was pretty empty so I’m not really sure what happened with that. My daughter had the kids Alfredo and the pasta was so dry it looked like porridge. The only reason I went was because we had a gift card otherwise this is not a restaurant I frequent. I have been to the Livonia, Novi, and Farmington locations and the experience and cuisine have been less than stellar. Enter at your own risk!

I had a great experience at the Applebee’s in Commerce Township! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The service really stood out—our server checked in just the right amount and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Had a great experience at this Applebee’s! The food came out hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and very attentive. I believe the host, Danielle, seated me exactly where I wanted. The atmosphere was relaxed, and my meal was perfect. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, and it was delicious. My server, Krystal, was also very nice. I will definitely be back again!

Okay now here’s the deal the hostess was great best part of the visit. Waitress was great. Now the food, portion size was nothing, and everything was either so cold we couldn’t eat it or so over cooked it was hard to eat. We were starving so we ate. Just wanted to give a heads up. 4.33/5 Decided to dine in at Applebee’s for the first time in years! Going on a Thu night was the way to do it because we were seated immediately and our food came out promptly.
Chicken Wonton Tacos were a great way to start because they aren’t heavy or greasy like other options tend to be. The Spicy Mustard (grilled) Chicken Sandwich ended up being better than I expected. My only recommendation is to give more mustard than what I’m guessing is standard because I could barely tell it was there at first. The manager was kind enough to give me an extra side of the mustard without charging extra and I really appreciated that. Jenna was also an excellent server. It’s clear the staff care about providing a solid customer experience and for this reason, I’ll make it a habit to visit periodically.

As usual, the food was hot fresh to order and the waiter Andre is always phenomenal every time we go to this restaurant. It’s good to know that there are still restaurants who fully cater to their guest and make sure they have an enjoyable experience every time they dine in. Kerri the manager is also awesome and I spoke to her again today and she’s also very customer service driven. Great location to spend your money and the food, drinks, and service is great!!
