I’ve had numerous encounters with this location praying that “next time will be better” and it’s actually sad how we are disappointed EVERY time. Me and my Fiancé recently dined here for late night happy hour on 2/2/2026 @ just after 9pm and by 10pm we were pissed and ready to leave! To start off, we ordered 4 simple items. APPETIZERS… but that apparently was too difficult. Our server neglected to give us straws for our waters, side plates to eat off of, or napkins unless we asked…it was a 15-20 minute wait for STRAWS and PLATES.. but , we ordered and waited, and everything was fine.. until the loaded waffle fries came out. WHOEVER was in that kitchen put old grease trap drippings on top of them and tried to pass it off as bacon crumbs!! Our fries were soaked in dark brown/almost black grease! We were shocked and immediately sent it back… but when it came out for a second time?? IT WAS THE SAME BURNT BACON PLATE BUT JUST WITH MORE FRIES, CHEESE SAUCE AND PARSLEY!! There was NO WAY we were eating that and asked our server to take it off the bill. She even AGREED with us and said “yeah that looks disgusting no one would want that” BUT SHE STILL SERVED IT?!?? We were going to order entrees but after that we just wanted to pay and leave. Luckily it was taken off the bill and we were able to leave. Overall, this isn’t our first issue here. We had a horrific experience about 4 months ago at this place and decided to give it another shot because who doesn’t love Applebee’s?? But its a shame they can’t get it together for the sake of their customers.

We dined in for two on a monday (10/27) at 3:45pm and had the WORST experience!! When we walked in the place was empty but we saw 2 other parties waiting to be seated. When we walked up to the host stand, the lady, Rita (black woman wearing jeans and a black crop top) was ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! BEWARE OF HER ATTITUDE !! She never greated us or said hi, never asked us how many were in our party or if we wanted to sit at the bar or a table and she WALKED AWAY and sat the 2 parties without addressing us at all as we were still standing at the host stand!!! After seating the 2 parties she WALKED AWAY AGAIN and just left us standing there… still without saying a word to us. After 10 mins another woman came up to the stand, grabbed 2 menus and walked away from us towards some tables in the back expecting us to follow her!! She very rudely said “come this way” as we followed in shock, plopped the menus on the table and left. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED WITHOUT A HELLO OR BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Our server Gage was good and we thought we were going move past the horrible service but after waiting 30 mins for simple appetizers to come out, OUR APPETIZERS WERE COLD AND OUR FOOD CAME TO THE TABLE WITH NO SILVERWARE OR SMALL PLATES !! Our queso was filled half way in the bowl, our boneless buffalo wings were hard as rocks and our loaded pub fries with “melted” cheese sauce was already solidifying by the time it got to the table. The new fried pickle fries were ICE COLD and the chicken wonton tacos were SOGGY!! We were furious and decided to just let our server know we were unhappy, pay the whole bill and leave!! Gage told us he would be back with a manager so we could speak with them but NOBODY showed up and when he came back with the check, there was a 30% off discount applied to the bill… so they admitted to the mistakes but only take accountability for 30% of the errors?? when 100% of our food was cold and 100% of our service was horrible??? we have come here manyyy times in the past and this was the final straw ! we will be going to other locations for better food and service from now on!! BEWARE !!!!

We requested to sit in the bar area which was nice and comfortable so we were able to watch the Olympics. I had the two grand boys with me so they were happy to have smoothies and they’re special menu. We had to wait quite a bit of time which was unfortunate and it wasn’t busy for 430.
The Oriental chicken salad is always spectacular and my go-to choice.

I had a very good time here with my friends. Food was amazing, i came here for the ribs and they were amazing as always. I also got the triple chocolate melt down, i don’t know what the like cake is called but it’s wonderful. It’s so soft and fluffy, and im not a cake lover. It also comes with ice cream to top it off!!! Our waitress, Camille (idk how to spell it), she was super nice and didn’t judge us for being teenage boys. I really want to put emphasis on how nice she was, she was fun to talk to and i enjoyed having her as our waitress. The atmospheres also good, it has nice warm lighting that’s easy on the eyes, and it’s cozy. I had a really good time here and i’m stuffed off the food.

Saturday night place is close to dead. Lots of front end staff. Got tall table adjacent to bar. Only 2 people. Drinks frequently empty. Excessive wait for food, no apps or anything but one dinner order and a cheeseburger. SMALL portions from last time here, even on cheap stuff like veggies. Third of hot dinner so cold it can’t soften butter!! Sat until end of dinner when staff finally return. Butter so hard it stays in clumps, no melt on anything. Feel ripped off, paid full price for quarter-level food and service. Wont

We ordered a takeout order for 7 people (5 adults/2 children) and had one child’s meal entirely missed. We were lucky enough to have enough food to create a mini meal for our child but, of course, not without first, a complete meltdown from child before succumbing to hunger and accepting the meal. We were also a little irritated since we had paid for a meal and not received it.
I had called and spoke with the person who took the order. They offered a few solutions to which I was completely fine with. He said he had to grab a manager for approval. My husband and I were really shocked at how quickly his manager, James, resolved our issue and went above and beyond what was originally offered or what we even expected. It could have been the crying child in the background that tugged at this mans heart or the sheer defeat in my voice as I agreed to any resolution at this point, but James, came to the rescue and restored our faith in Applebee’s.
We are all human and make mistakes and I appreciate a company whose willing to go above and beyond in a big way and create customers for life.

Rita was amazing. She ran the bar like she’s been doing it for a long time, and I was honestly shocked to find out it was her first time solo. She was attentive, detail oriented, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my experience. Great service and a real reason to come back!

We had an excellent experience at Applebee’s the other day thanks to our server, Sindi. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Sindi checked on us often, made sure everything was perfect, and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to be served by her again!

Went here for a bite to eat before headed out with the hubby and place was busy. A lot of empty tables by the bar area that hadn’t been cleaned and for the restaurant area it was a 40 min wait so we sat at the actual bar.
Drinks were basic and nothing to rave about, hubster had a beer that tasted weird when he mentioned it they had him taste another one and it tasted fine so they said it must’ve been a glass not cleaned all the way
Bartender was nice but you could tell she was over whelmed and over worked. The whole staff senses to be rushing and scattered which made me ask and found out that were going through chase in management and you could tell they needed better leadership.
Food was on point no issues, had spinach dip and bourbon chicken.

Waited two hours for our food to come out. Our server was incredible and kept apologizing and gave us a discount on our bill. She seemed to be the only one trying to actually run the establishment between tending bar and waiting tables so props to her. Unfortunately when the food did arrive it was cold (as expected) and was not worth the wait. Other tables were full of dirty dishes from the time we sat down to the time we left and hadn’t been touched. Also unsure what was happening in the kitchen that caused such a delay but did not have a good experience here.
