Went in tonight for dinner, I had the bourbon street chicken & shrimp and my friend had the southwest chicken bowl… Both were absolutely Amazing & what made it better was was server, she was on point, happy, smiling & cracking jokes with us. All over it was a great experience. I believe her name was Zoey.
O and we had pickle fries for an appetizer, the sauce is delicious! Highly recommend. Go eat & ask for our server.

Our server Alec took wonderful care of us, they have revamped their menu with a new choose your own appetizer sampler, and continue to have excellent mainstays that hold up well

Tiffany and Kristian were excellent. Great customer service. Kristian was rocking the bar tops and bar, was engaging, controlled the environment and efficient.
Unit is going through a re-model, I would re-invest if I was Team Schostak as well. James is running this store better than I’ve seen it in a long time. Staff is fresh and engaging. You can feel the effort and intention of care.

Absolutely horrible service. My boyfriend and I were just there no less than 5 minutes ago with MAYBE 5 people in the restaurant. All already eating and have been served. The nicest host asks the most incompetent server if she was ready to start and she said yes. Well she wasn’t. My boyfriend and I sat for over 10 minutes without a simple “hello”, “I will be with you in a moment”, NOTHING! Instead she watches us get sat and stares at us then continues her conversation with her coworker. SHE WAS LITERALLY HOLDING OUR SILVERWARE TO GREET US! Other servers just stared at us with open menus and no drinks but continued by. I will never come here again. I know you don’t need to greet your tables immediately BUT AS A SERVER I know you must greet them within 3 minutes per Applebees mission… HORRIBLE SERVICE! (Sue was amazing loved her!)

Went for dinner with family and friends tonight, 2/28 9:00pm, restaurant was very slow. Maybe 1/4 of tables seated. We asked the host to be seated in the large curved table. Host came back and told us the server in that section said no because he/she had just seated another table and didn’t want to take an extra table on. That type of work ethic and customer service is absolutely pathetic. We turned around and went to a much better place down the street, Mavericks.

Where do I begin, we walk in there’s a 15 min wait and all these empty tables , then our waiter a total goofball dancing around throwing straws at us, name is Christian with blue hair. We needed a few minutes to decide what we wanted he came back 25 mins later and was about to take someone else’s order that came in after us until we motioned to him we were ready. Our appetizers came out 35 mins later and our entrees an hour later , ordered the jalapeño bacon burger on the 2/25.00 wasn’t even spicy ,then in with my French fries there was a piece of breaded chicken that wasn’t totally cooked why it was in my fries had no clue. This is a horrible restaurant very displeased won’t be back , need to get rid of the wacko waiter

I wish -0 stars was a thing!!! That’s the only acceptable score! This experience wasn’t the first time this has happened. Over the last year on several attempts, the service and experience have been the same!! As follows:
Get seated right away. Waited far too long to be greeted by server. Then he came and took the drink order. Almost 15 min later!! We finally got them. He then took our order for apps and meal. 30 min later still no appetizers!!! Then I noticed all the people that came in after us had food!! I asked for a manager and nobody showed up! Absolutely unacceptable!! The restaurant was not packed!! Several parties were waiting to be seated. The fact that this has happened more than once, just baffles me! Not exactly the same but similar. I don’t understand how this place stays in business!!

My boyfriend and I come in often on Friday nights, and seeing Kryss is always the highlight of our visit. She is truly amazing—so kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food is consistently great, but it’s Kryss who makes every experience feel special and personal. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and that’s why we always look forward to coming back.
