My husband and I went out for an early Valentine’s Day lunch and our server Lashana was so great. She was very attentive and personable. Our food and drinks were also very good. We don’t normally eat out but we might start making it a more regular occurrence with our experience.

I recently visited Applebee’s with my family and had mixed feelings about our experience. I was disappointed with the 2 for $25 menu options, as they felt limited. I think the promotion could be more inclusive by offering choices such as chicken tenders, a pasta option, or an alternative burger. While I understand they are promoting their new cheeseburger, Applebee’s typically offers a wider variety, and it would have been nice to see that reflected in this deal.
Additionally, my mom ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad, which she has been ordering for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, we were both disappointed by the portion size and overall quality. The dish felt significantly downgraded compared to previous visits, especially considering the $17 price point.
That said, there were definite highlights. The buffalo boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were excellent—very flavorful and easily the best part of the meal. Most importantly, our server, Paula, truly made the experience enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly proactive. She even removed items from our bill without being asked, which we really appreciated. Paula was quick, helpful, and provided outstanding service.
While the food left us disappointed, the service was exceptional, thanks to Paula.

Went to an Applebees for a take out after work ordered 3 appetizer Trio got home with my takeout only to find out it wasn’t what I ordered was upset called them. Francis the manager said come back next day after 4 when she was there. I did and they served me what I had ordered for free nice to see the respect their customers. Good feeling it will make me return and shout out for Francis!!

What amazing experience we had for veterans day. The service far exceeds any restaurant that I have visited in a long time. They truly respect and appreciate us veterans and it absolutely showed. Gregory was our food service provider. Attention to not only our table but provided the same service to each table around us. He was very relatable, funny and has outstanding customer service. Our next visit will be in his area.
