We eat here maybe once a month, but after tonights visit, we will never be coming back here. Amayah was the worst waitress I’ve ever had in my life and we eat out a lot. Took about 10 minutes to get us sat, even though the building was mostly empty. Took 15+ minutes to get asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered the 2for25 and the mozzarella sticks were undercooked. Food came out and my girlfriends chicken was undercooked. My OMCheese burger was cold other than the part touching the skillet and also had no bacon on it when I only requested the mustard taken off. She said she was going to go get me bacon, but then never brought any out, I didn’t even take a bite of my burger and just left it there. We ended up being there almost 2 hours and that entire time we only got 1 refil each even though we didn’t have anything in our cups for most the time. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, we will not be coming back. Worst waitress (Amayah) that we’ve ever had, shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t wanna help out her tables and when she does, she seems completely disgusted to help you and will barely talk to you. She also had to ask our order 4 times cause she didn’t wanna write it down on her notepad (ever time she came back she seen our cups empty and still didn’t get us a refill until after we asked the 3rd time she came over.) Biggest waste of my money I could of spent, we should of just left when it took 25 minutes to get sat and to get drinks.

Tried to give Applebees another chance but was let down. Ordered the 2/25 burger deal with mashed potatoes instead of fries. Plate came out with fries. Waitress took burger and fries back to kitchen. Returned with dallup of potatoes. Hamburger had slid off the bun showing the heel of a tomatoe, two small red onion slices and a piece of iceberg lettuce on a burnt heel. Not matching the advertised picture of condiment order. Also no celery for boneless wings. And no broccoli for healthier options. Waitress removed $12.50 from the bill. We will not be back again. Do better Applebees. Chilis has you beat on presentation and taste.

Was passing through town and thought I’d have Applebee’s again after 12 years. Something about it got my attention and I’m glad it did. Had their boneless wings and a Bourbon Street Steak. They were so god damn good. Had to stop myself from licking the plate in public. It was some of the best food I’ve had at a sit down restaurant and I’ve been thinking about the food ever since. Even my server Sav was amazing. They were on top of everything, had an amazing personality, and was very knowledgeable about everything. Extremely good vibes. They genuinely made the dining experience way better than any other place I’ve been to. This place is absolutely a 5 out of 5 stars. I will 100% come back if I come back through again.

Me and my husband visited some family over the holidays and were served by Sav who made our short time there an absolute treat! I had the mac n cheese and tenders and my husband had the bourbon street chicken. Everything came out hot and to perfection! We were even greeted by the manager Darvy who so kindly came over to check on us and treated us like family! It would be a shame for anyone to NOT drop by this Applebees!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such a great experience. I was in town visiting family on not such great circumstances, and stopped by for dinner. Everyone was so attentive, I got AMAZING service Sav and Darvy, consistently checking in on drinks and making sure I had what I needed. The restaurant was clean and wait was very minimal. Both servers were very obviously busy and taking care of the entire dining room, but still took the time to make me feel taken care of without rushing me. Food was decent for a chain restaurant, but again, the friendly and fast service is what made all the difference on an otherwise rough day. I hope Sav and Darvy get the recognition they deserve, being a manager in the customer service industry myself, it’s hard to find individuals with that level of attentiveness and care.

We arrived at 4:40 on 11/28/2025 we were seated right away however we sat there waiting for over 25 minutes and still didn’t even get a drink order in. There was only us and 2 other tables. There was at least 4 staff members just standing around and the waiter had walked past our table at least 4 times. We left went to Texas Roadhouse got seated right away and got our drinks ordered as soon as we were sat. Unless service is corrected we will not be returning. Management needs to hold employees accountable and train better on making sure people are doing their jobs correctly.

So my husband and I went for a date last night. First date in forever. We hadn’t been here in a few years and wanted to enjoy ourselves for a short bit before having to pick up our kiddos. We were wrong! Normally I don’t complain and I didn’t last night because we were honestly feeling almost bullied. We waited to be seated for almost 20mins which I would fully understand if they were busy but the place wasn’t even half full. That wasn’t even my issue as I know things can happen. Our waitress came to our table & my husband immediately said he felt she was mad about something which caused me to worry and honestly want to leave but he begged me to stay and try it out. We get our drinks they were done wrong. I had to wait almost 10mins and ask another waitress to help me fix them. Thats no biggie. Mix ups happen. Our food comes out and my coleslaw is in a smaller, almost tiny, cup than my BBQ sauce for my fries. I had only 6 boneless wings and when I tried to ask our waitress, she wasn’t who brought us our food, she just kept walking. The whole time I’m wishing we had just not went out to eat at all or went to Texas Roadhouse. Then my husbands steak is very well done and we have to return it. No issue as things can happen. However we had almost 2hrs to enjoy ourselves before needing to go pick up our kiddos and we then had to wait an additional almost 20mins for a medium rare steak. The whole time I’m watching the clock so we can enjoy our food, hopefully, and still have time to pick up our children. Not once was our drinks refilled even though they were both empty for awhile. My husband was not given steak sauce even though we asked 4 times. My fries were very cold and felt like they were old. Yes I sound like I’m being knit picky but the whole evening was ruined and I would understand all this if there was a packed restaurant and they were short handed but last night we counted several waitresses and a few of them kept just standing around talking. The restaurant was perhaps at most 1/3 filled. My husband didn’t want to say anything more as our waitress seemed to be so irritated with us. When I even brought up about his steak she seemed so mad and stomped off to grab a plate to take it back. He was trying to keep me from crying while trying to not worry about her coming out angry and throwing the food at him. From the very first time she came to our table and we were joking that he’s on the carnivore diet she was aggravated. I ended up rushing out, and then running to our car as we didn’t even have time to enjoy our food. We had to rush to pick up our kiddos. I’m crying sitting in our SUV while he gets the kiddos and the whole night was ruined. I’ll never come back here. I understand places get busy and orders can be messed up and staff can be short handed but last night wasn’t those cases and it ruined our evening. So when we got home I made myself some food as our food wasn’t worth the time and was cold. Please if you want to have a good evening with your spouse don’t come here and think 2hrs is enough time nor think you will be treated kindly. I wish we hadn’t came here at all. This place was wonderful years ago.

when we were seated, there was a fry shoved between the wall and the table. waited an hour for food, and it came out cold. our server did alright but i fear this is a standard at this location.
