Our family of five came in on a Friday night during dinner rush. Our server, Tara, was AMAZING, as always. She is so polite, friendly, and attentive. We love coming in on nights she works because she makes the dining experience so pleasant. Our food was hot and fresh, and we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back, especially if it’s a Friday night.

Ordered the Parmesan steak with shrimp. Delicious. The only issue was that I had ordered medium rare and it was very well done. But the server seen it wasn’t cooked correctly and had them do another steak. But it took awhile and my husband was nearly done with his meal and I didn’t want to eat by myself so I had her box it up. So that wasn’t the dining experience we had planned for.

This was our first time back at Applebee’s in Richmond Indiana, in many years. Let me start off with our food. 2 for 25. After a wait that we were ready to walk out the food arrived. It was very good, very hot. The issue was the long wait to be seated, and waited on, then the wait for the food. (Good food) the biggest issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Many, many dirty tables, floors, the men’s room was….nasty. spit balls on the walls. I would not stand at the urinal it was that nasty. Dirty towels on tables. As I mentioned, it has been years since our last visit. We will never be back to the Richmond Applebee’s. Our waitress was doing the best she could. She had no name tag. No name on our bill. I would like to note She seemed to be multitasking for some reason. It appeared there was a lot of staff around. Our visit was right at 4 o’clock. They did not seem that busy compared to the surrounding restaurants that seemed packed for 4 o’clock. As mentioned, we will never be back.

We Had lunch here today and were VERY pleased with our service Tara, our server, went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience! She took the time to show me all the specials on drinks ect.

My waitress Olivia was so so sweet and funny! very accommodating and patient. She also smelt really good which was refreshing because another server kept walking by and crop dusting us. Olivia needs a raise for sure!! keep up the good work!

Arrived at 7:00 pm. Restaurant was almost empty. Had to wait for someone to come from the back to seat us after about 10 minutes. Most of the tables had dirty dishes on them. Finally got seated and ordered hamburgers which arrived w soggy bottom buns so impossible to hold. Bacon burger had No bacon on it. Waitress went to the back and got some cooked bacon for me. No manager in sight. Our waitress was good about checking on us. Manager needs to train his employees to clean tables. Will go to Chili’s next time.

Practically had to seat ourselves. Finally bartender seated us there was only 3 tables that had people. Cold in the restaurant. Boyfriend went out to get extra coats. The food was hot and good but my fish was greasy. I ate what was inside but the other food was made to order. Would not visit again.

My family and I went in last night after a previous disappointing experience years ago. Was still just as disappointed. Once seated it took 15 minutes just to get our drink order, then an additional 10 min to get our actual drinks. Food comes out 30 min later and the plates sit on the table for a long time before silverware is brought to us. By then, food had cooled down. We cancelled our next round of drinks and left. Will not return.

My Mother in law and I. Was going to have lunch around 2 pm today Monday February 16th at the Richmond Applebee’s. When in got a table in the bar area. And the waiter came and took our order we both ordered water to drink. And he brought our water and took our order .we order cheese sticks for our appetizer with in 5 minutes he brought the cheese sticks out .. and we both order oriental salad one with crispy chicken and one with grilled chicken. And 10 minutes after we got the cheese sticks he came over and said he was still waiting on the grill chicken.. 25 minutes later still no salads 30 minutes later still no salad .. and he didn’t come back over .. and they was not busy . And it doesn’t take 30 minutes to grill chicken.. so we paid for the cheese sticks and walked out.. this was the worst service I’ve ever had at Applebee’s
