We like going to our local Applebee’s restaurant, but today we had a bad experience. Our order took 30 minutes to arrive at the table, and to my surprise, the salmon I ordered was not only overcooked but also burned on one side. The waiter politely offered to get me another one, but it was even worse than the first. I just want to understand why they have salmon on the menu if they don’t know how to cook it.

Used carside pickup and had to wait 15 min past time. Steak was undercooked and tough. Salad was pitiful with rotten lettuce so not edible. Each time I decide to give them another chance, I’m very disappointed.

Terrible! Haven’t ate at Applesbees in a couple months due to the poorly grilled steak for my table of 5. Each one of us had extremely rare steaks that weren’t even warm. Sent them back only to have basically the same thing come back out except for one that was so overdone it was tough. Gave them a try tonight. Simple to go salads for my wife and I. I am not impressed at all. $6 for this!!!!!!!

We were at Applebees last night and as usual the service and food was excellent!! The staff were very friendly and our server, Jon, was impeccable! The restaurant was very clean. We are never disappointed! Food was cooked to perfection and the Shark drink was amazing!!!

The pickle fries were great! The chicken quesadilla was good too. The Bourbon mushrooms and Swiss burger was so greasy you couldnt taste anything and the bun was soaked. There were only 5 tables with people at them and the server was not attentive at all. No offers to refill drinks. There were dirty tables and food on the floor.

Hey so this place is trying to get somebody killed. I ordered the pick three appetizers for delivery, and I ate an entire wonton taco before biting into a hot wing, and it was RAW. Thankfully I spit it out and swished some mouthwash around, but now I guess I just get to wait and see if I get violently ill thank to this place. Yaaaay

On 2/15/2026 around noon I had tried going here to eat, have some drinks and watch some of the IU basketball game. We wanted to sit in the bar and were told the bartender was backed up and we couldn’t sit there. There was one table and maybe 2 people sitting at the bar. We were also told the bartender was backed up with an online order, an online order! Didn’t know the bartender was back there making the online food orders. Never have we had a problem and told we couldn’t sit in the bar area. May never be back again. Get a new hostess and people wouldn’t have to take business elsewhere.

Way better than I remember. I am from K.C. and have not been to an Applebee’s for a good 10 years if not more. I went with 3 Friends and it was genuinely good food. Everyone in my party had something different and we all agreed that the meal we had was well above par. I will have to try one more local to my to see if this was just an Indiana thing or if they have generally improved their menu.

We were excited for New OM Cheeseburger until we got it last night. There was barely any cheese on that plate and what was there was burnt to bun and had to use a fork and knife to cut and scrape it off. Definitely not as advertised and we were so disappointed.
