Order Carry out, not busy at all. Show up to pick up 5 min after the time it was SUPPOSED to be ready. It wasnt, and proceed to wait another 20 mins,for my food to be done. Got home and was missing the fries with the burger. The toppings on the burger were missing all together The cups of cheese they gave us, the lids were melted to the cups. The cup of Alfredo was burnt from sitting under the warmer for so long. The food they said was taking so long, was COLD when I got it home, 6 minutes away. They had 2 tables in the store. 3 servers that were sitting at a table. A server and a bartender, who was mad she had to take tables. They dropped dirty dishes on the floor, AND NO ONE picked them up, for the 30 minutes I stood waiting. They just walked over it. I did the survey, and told them what was wrong. They gave me 10 dollars of a 40 dollar order. Not a refund though. This is the 3rd time, I have not got the best service from this place.

Last night I came to Applebee’s with a few others around 10:30- 11 when we came in the door there was a couple others waiting and a lady came up to let us know there was only one server running the store so it’d be a bit of a wait. When we got our table the server let us know there was also no bartender so unfortunately we were unable to get bar drinks but the server we had was amazing despite the situation she was kind every time she went passed made sure we had everything we needed and still took time to answer questions that were probably silly the man helping her run food out of the kitchen was amazing as well they were friendly and despite the situation the food was great and accurate and came out at a good time. Whoever put that girl on a Friday night alone with only that guy helping bring food to tables should be ashamed and the two who served should be proud of how great they did.

The worst service I have ever had. We came there after trick-or-treating had children with us. We had a total of 16 people. The waitress let us know that she was new. We were very patient with her. She was wonderful however, after waiting almost 2 hours for our food our food was unacceptable. It was dry and flavorless like it had been sitting out. Being understanding we only sent two plates back to get redone. When it was time to pay the bill, the new waitress had trouble splitting the checks. She did the right thing and asked her supervisor for assistance while asking her supervisor for assistance, the supervisor belittles and humiliates both staff members as they try to help ease the task. On top of that, the Supervisor tells my niece that he would have never sent us in the first place if he known it was gonna be this difficult. I myself told the supervisor that he is the worst type of supervisor I have ever seen in a very long time. I told him he does not need to be Little or humiliate his staff in front of guest and he surely should not say to a guest that he would’ve never said us if he knew that splitting the checks would be so difficult. The supervisor just threw his hands up and said fine. I’m just gonna cop the whole meal. That’s fine and all, but at the end of the day that Supervisor is creating a hostile atmosphere for his staff and guest whenever there’s an issue. As a supervisor that should never happen. I don’t want anyone to think that we were looking for a handout because at the end of the day even with the horrible food and the horrible wait time we still worked with the waitress and was willing to pay. We ended up tipping her $40 because she did not deserve to be spoken to that way. I suggest that that particular supervisor that was working on the night of Halloween needs to go back and re-train on how to handle stressful situations because he handled that situation poorly.

Waitress asked about drinks never got them til food came 45minutes later had to ask for silverware didn’t bring right away and food was barely warm when I finally got silverware. Last 5 time we have been there wait time for food is atleat 45 minutes for just 2 of us. Very slow and no manager to check how things were. Don’t know if we ever will visit again.

We stopped at Applebee’s Grill + Bar for Sunday dinner and had a great time. We had the 2 for $25 and we both got cheeseburgers. Our onion rings came out hot and fresh. Our server was friendly and was able to answer our questions. The atmosphere of Applebee’s is fun with murals of local places in the city.

Not very busy, but waited over an hour for our food. Had to go get the napkins and straws for myself. The bathroom was nasty. Toilet clogged with not sure what or why. The clean checklist in the bathroom not filled out at all. Applebee’s used to be bomb, not so much this trip. The food was pretty good though.

John Patterson, the General Manager, and his team were welcoming, energetic, and created an overall great atmosphere. As a vendor partner, I truly appreciate how professional and easy they are to work with. This is a well-run location with a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend, if you’re looking for a great place to eat with a welcoming environment, be sure to stop in and enjoy a meal here!

This in the bottom 3 experience I ever had eating out. Warm beer, waited 45 mins for burnt nachos. Send them back and told them not to remake it. Just take it off our bill. The food came out burnt. We would told that the grill was overwhelmed. There was 6 tables being waited on . The server was nice. Will it be back.

We decided to go to Applebees yesterday and were excited since it had been a while to try some appetizers. As we walked in, we ended up waiting a few minutes to be seated, which was fine. After we were seated it took about 5 minutes before our server came by, which again, not a big deal, they seemed a little short staffed. We put in our order for drinks and it took a while but they came. We placed an order for appetizer sampler and our meals. There was myself, my wife and my son. What happened next was a 30 minute wait for food. They completely missed the Appetizers and never brought them. Then our food came out staggered. My son got his first, which i suppose if you do this I appreciate that at least. 5 minutes later my wife got her salad. About 10 minutes after that I got my burger. Obviously not ideal, but my fries were cold, which after waiting 45 minutes for my food, i would prefer it hot. This is also when I asked about the appetizers and she said she could put it in then, I declined, because at that point they didn’t serve much of a purpose. All the while, I watched another group have their desert forgotten and they just decided to leave and another guy there for a carryout order wait 40 minutes. I cannot understand how you can run a restaurant where food doesn’t come out at the same time and you have such bad accuracy with orders you don’t get an appetizer, the thing you are known for, put in to order. Overall, extremely unimpressed for the 70 dollars I spent on this. Just one of the worst experiences of any place i have every been. I tried reaching out on the website but even Applebee’s website doesn’t show this place, not sure what that’s about.
