I had come in from the to go section. Nobody was there, so I walked to the front. I looked at the menu. Several people were waiting in the front. I notice the host calling people and getting them to their seats. The menu is well organized, you got your different selection, and the pictures are a good example of what you’re looking at. The atmosphere was that of comfort with people laughing. All the employees were getting along. I like to give a shot out to Brooklynn B. She kept updating me on the time of my food. Overall, this was a good experience. I would come back here and would recommend it. I couldn’t tell you about the alcohol here. Perhaps it’s good? The water was good.

We have the $9.99 special with the bacon cheeseburger and bottomless fries with drink. Most of the bacon was not cooked it was raw. Especially on my partners bacon cheeseburger. We had asked for hot fries-they were warm. When I asked about the bottomless fries she would have to ask her manager she came back about 10 minutes later with a plate of hot fries that my partner and I shared.

Absolutely terrible experience. We were misled about wait times, told it would be a reasonable wait, so we stayed. After already waiting a significant amount of time, we were then told we couldn’t be seated at all, while other people who arrived after us were being sat.
No explanation, no accountability, no attempt to fix the situation—just wasted time and frustration. If you’re going to quote wait times, at least be honest, and don’t treat customers like their time doesn’t matter. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. We won’t be back.

This is the inside of my sandwich the pickles look like potato chips so dry the chicken was terrible as well didn’t show it looked horrible. The person got my order wrong a few times and she just kept forgetting things she was new and also I guess very busy and have been there double shift. We never got a straw for our water. It was just not a good experience. I ended up taking my food home with me because trying to get my food order correctly took a lot longer.

We had a very frustrating experience tonight. After having a hard time finding anywhere open, we were relieved to find Applebee’s was open and accepting guests. I walked in first and asked about the wait time, explaining that we had a party of 10 but the rest of the group hadn’t arrived yet because they were bringing newborns and kids. I was told there was no wait, so the rest of our family drove over.
Once everyone arrived — including 2 newborns, 3 kids, and 4 adults — we were suddenly told there would now be an additional 45-minute wait. To make matters worse, the manager came over and strongly hinted that we should leave, without actually saying it directly.
This was extremely unprofessional and a huge inconvenience, especially on one of the most hectic nights in Fort Wayne. Coordinating that many people, especially with newborns and children, is not easy, and being given incorrect information made the situation far worse.

Servers are always polite and attentive, food is pretty good. The new Pickle Fries are FANTASTIC and the Grilled Cheese Burger is pretty tasty. Had a problem with out salads but they replaced it without much issue. 8.5/10 would recommend.

Called to make sure it was ok to come in and get a half off appetizer for 1 person, mind you it was 11:40 and I said my arrival wouldn’t be till 11:45, she said “yea! as long as you’re here by 12…doors were locked. I really don’t mind BUT she should have just said that!

We waited at least 55 mins to receive our food. Do not order a steak! Medium equals well done here. Also, my wife’s food looked like it was sitting in the kitchen for 20 mins. Only positive thing is the manager handled it well after being informed about the issue. Waitress knew there was an issue with our orders and gave us no communication and still brought us the dry pasta that was sitting and the well-done steak.
