The hostess was very sweet. We had to wait ten minutes, even though there were at least 30 empty tables. Waitress took awhile to get to us once we were seated. People that were seated several minutes after us got their appetizer a good ten minutes before we did. Food was decent. Waitress never came back with our change and just told us to have a good day.

We were there just about 4:20 p.m. it was not crowded; only a few people there but by the time we left it was pretty full. Food was hot and sizzling when we got it. Both got bourbon chicken & shrimp. It was seasoned well and tender to cut with a fork. Waitress was nice and checked on us frequently. Didn’t get her name though. Would highly recommend!

It’s a Friday night, at 7pm, and we are a party of 8. The restaurant was only 1/2 full, but we were told there was only 1 area large enough for our group, so we had to wait at least 20 minutes. We were finally seated at 7:30. It took 10 minutes for a server to greet us, and when she did she told us she had something else to do first, then she would be with us. We were all hungry, so we ordered an appetizer trio, Spinach dip and boneless wings. We went ahead and ordered our main meals as well, thinking it would save time and help the server. It took 40 MINUTES for our appetizers to arrive. The server told us it’s because the trio takes a while to make. I told her, had I known, we wouldn’t have ordered it. Ten minutes later, our meals arrived. At least the food tasted decent. For a Friday night, the staffing was inadequate, and the kitchen was VERY slow, especially with the restaurant only being at 1/2 capacity. She did try to give us good service, but was obviously too busy. Very disappointing experience.

They seemed not very busy. We had a fairly large mobile order and they had several other mobile orders waiting. Food was great. Coleslaw was on point and that’s rare! We will be back!!

WOW! Just when I thought Applebee’s couldn’t get any worse… so sad. Came in for a quick Top Shelf Margarita. The bartender made the 2nd worst Margarita I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was bad. The energy was bad. Maybe it’s better on the weekend.

Was here for a birthday party. I believe I got the bourbon chicken & andouille sausage penne. I over looked the sausage when I ordered. Wasn’t bad, I could done without the sausage. More because I don’t like that sausage kind of sausage. Was good though, had bit of a kick.

A bit disappointed. Service was lackluster at best. The chips served with starters were terribly stale. Waitresses were communicating by yelling across the restaurant at one another. While my meal was ok at best my husbands meal was left largely uneaten. After a long day of travel we had hoped for a better overall experience.

I came in to eat with my son in the afternoon, the food was good and neither of us had an issue with it. When some of the workers walked by it smelt like marijuana, one of the managers came out and she smelt too.. I didn’t get her name but she was a blonde. I do not want my son to be around that, therefore I will not be coming back. Other than that this place has great food and service. But the workers need to do better and keep personal stuff at home.

We went there on New Years Eve, it was early, approximately 5 pm.
Restaurant wasn’t 40% full
We were told the kitchen was backed up and there would be a 50 minute wait.
Needless to say we left and went elsewhere.
They lost a long time customer.
Will never go back to that location.
