The ladies from work and I went for our Christmas gathering.There were five of us. Arrived about 4:30pm, so not busy at all. As each of us were seated,the waitress took our drink orders. They had special drinks for the holidays….but we were told that they were out of them. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT! AT 5pm! The night hadn’t even started yet! But okay, we ordered different drinks. It took forever to get them. We also ordered appetizers and they were great. Our meals arrived a little sporadically, but they were fine. The waitress during our time there was not so great. Forgetful of things, gone for long periods and just generally put off the vibe that she didn’t want to be there. Seemed annoyed with everything.
Overall, it wasn’t going to ruin our Christmas gathering, but I would not recommend the place.

Great Monday night dinner! We got waffle fries and pretzels as an appetizer, and for mains two burgers, salmon, and a steak. Everything was hot and delicious, and the food came out pretty quickly. And we got a discount that we didn’t even know about! Happy hour drinks were also good and a great deal for the price.

food is probably better if dining in, since the customers see the food immediately instead of not until they make it all the way home. requested silverware and got none, mildly frustrating but not a huge deal. however, the 3 cheese chicken penne had barely any sauce, the chicken was extremely dry, and had 0 tomatoes. the $15 nacho plate we ordered had barely an oz of meat when we paid $1.59 for extra meat, which on the receipt said it would be +4oz of meat. cheese was also barely melted. my caesar salad’s croutons were somehow soggy before even touching any sauce and the lettuce was primarily very hard stem-like pieces. the only alright items were the mozzarella sticks and pretzels, but even then, they weren’t the same quality they typically are. normally i would just ask for a remake, but considering this was an absolute waste of $56 and ruined our attempt at having a ‘treat ourselves’ dinner, i have no intentions of ever returning.

Met my parents there for lunch, very relaxed, positive vibe. Was seated immediately, ordered right away and the food came quick, hot, and correct. They have an amazing place, I recommend this to all passing through Angola. Great place to meet friends and enjoy yourselves.

Even though so many tables open, we still had to wait for 20 min to be seated. The lady that sat us was great, but the male that asked how many in our group, when we walked in (which was 2), kept walking by us, glaring, sighing, etc. is the reason it is not perfect!

We went about 2 months ago and my husbands food was not cooked thoroughly and mine was cold. Our waitress was complaining about her life and called Applebee’s a “Dumpster Fire” but needed this job… We came back Monday 12/15 to try again and it wasn’t busy at all. It took us 45 mins for someone to take our drinks/orders. It took another 15-20 mins to just get our drinks. 10 mins later our appetizer’s and food came out at the same time and it was all cold!! The waitress was not pleasant to talk too and assumed we were done and gave us the receipt but we ordered another drink so had to reprint the receipt and gave us the wrong amount back. We spent 2.5 hours there waiting on multiple things and again had a awful experience. We used to love going to Applebee’s but we are not going back after the last two experiences.

We did a curbside pick up and got all the way home to find no drinks with our order. They could refund the $2.99 for the meal drink but couldn’t figure out how to take care of the kids drink since it comes with the meal. Lesson learned check your bags no better then the fast food places!

The portion was extremely small. Looked like a child sized portion. The steak had a woerd flavor, may have been the parmesan. The Staff was nice except one waitress who was very rude to the hostess in front of customers.
