It was Date Night and we recieved an Applebee’s card for Christmas so we decided to cash in. I decided to start with a Cocktail it was a Berry Merry Colada, ( a pina colada with strawberry swirl) and an order of Mozzarella Sticks….Soooo Good!!! For our entrees we decided on Steak. I decided to get the Shrimp ‘N’ Parmesan Sirloin (medium rare) with Mashed Potatoes and a Squash Medley with Summer Squash and Zucchini. Everything was delicious but unfortunately my boyfriends order did not come out as perfect as mine did. My boyfriend ordered an 8oz.Top Sirlion (medium rare) with double Mashed Potatoes and it came out Raw. The outside was cooked but the inside was not. We Hate to complain but it was literally inedible. So we let our waitress know and she apologized and took it off the bill immediately. We ended up ordering him an order of Boneless Wings ( Honey BBQ) and they were perfect. I know accidents happen so we are not terribly upset and our waitress was an Absolute Rockstar who was juggling a few tables all at once and getting everyone what they needed. She was Incredible and did Everything she could to make it right!! Thank you!! We Appreciate You!!

It’s really good looking place. It was all clean and no issues whatsoever. We quite enjoyed the atmosphere and Lexi took care of our booth. Soft music low lights and they got a big bar as well.

Fun time celebrating with my husband the Anniversary of our first date. Back in 2002 we met on Match.com. Our first date was at this Applebee’s. We come here every year and sit at the same table to celebrate. Only 2 years were miss. One year they were closed because of a fire and we missed 2020 because of the pandemic shut down. Tonight we were joined by non other that Snoop.

I was a little upset tonight. My husband and I came in and was sat by a very friendly lady who was also the bartender. She told us Mary would be with us. Mary came and asked us for drinks which I ordered a Pepsi and my husband ordered a long Island. She immediately asked if we were ready to order. My husband pointed at the new O-M-Cheeseburger and I pointed at the sirloin as I said Sirloin. I have ALWAYS gotten 2 for specials, it’s the actual Applebee’s commercial about 2/$25 or 2/$30. I get the bill and we just immediately handed her our card. I’m looking at the bill and she charged me separately for everything. I was a waitress for 25+ years and know what she was attempting to do. She wanted a higher bill for a higher tip. Sorry for her, she lost out on about $30 because as a waitress I always tip good when a server is good. She was very short my entire visit. I also asked why a side wasn’t included, so she had to know. I ended up ordering a cup of soup. $5.99 for a half filled cup of soup, no crackers. My husband told me to ask, but by the time I would’ve got them the soup would’ve been gone. The food was VERY GOOD, so I do give my compliments to whoever cooked our meals. And the lady who made my husband’s drink even came to check on how he liked it. The restaurant was clean also and warm with it being cold out. We will return, we’ll just make sure we don’t get Mary.

Edit… When I brought it to her attention and asked why she didn’t give us the special she made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t specify even though my menu was open to the special page.

Huge props to the manager tonight/Christmas Eve.
Unsure of her name but it was PACKED in here. There was a waiting list due to the volume.
I saw the manager serving food, taking drink orders, bussing tables, and dealing with some upset customers due to the wait. She was so friendly and calm. Props to her for leading her team in a stressful situation with so much calmness. Food was good per usual. Love stopping by here when I’m in town! Please recognize this woman!

Love this Applebee’s. My friend and I make it a point to meet up here. We always get the 2 entrees for $25 that comes with an appetizer as well. The fiesta lime chicken is so good!!! The servers also make you feel right at home.

Food and service was alright but you couldn’t clean up a floor of garbage at our table before seating us? Would have taken less than five minutes to just vacuum it up… Wouldn’t have frequented the restaurant without a gift card anyhow, but now I certainly remember why.

I had a very disappointing experience at Applebee’s Grill & Bar due to the way I was treated by the manager, Kate. She was extremely rude and dismissive when I raised a concern about my steak. Instead of listening or trying to help, she told me that I didn’t know how to order a steak and implied that I didn’t understand what “medium rare” meant. This was frustrating and disrespectful, especially since medium rare is how I always order my steak and I’m very familiar with it.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, even if there’s a disagreement. A manager should be professional and focused on resolving issues, not talking down to guests. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because customer service like this does not reflect well on the restaurant.

Walked in to place an order. I asked several women servers if there is anyone taking orders for carryout. RESPONSE: I’ll get someone – as I watched her(s) just go about their own business and not asking or sending anyone. They were just like zombies. One woman server just totally ignore my question passing me up.. and yes, I was kind about it. Ridiculous they’re all gathered there by the bar register. No teamwork at all.

Finally, I got somebody’s attention to take my order. As I’m waiting for my order – After all of this, a server named Sierra approached me and asked me if I would like a drink while I was waiting for my order with the genuine smile! Thank you Sierra for smoothing out such a negative output. You made a big difference.

Teamwork needs to be practice and positive customer service

Half off appetizers and drinks, (3.00 Long Island IT)! Quesadillas had the perfect blend of smoky and spicy flavor, (5.25). Mushroom and Swiss burger was also pretty tasty. Aaron was an attentive server and we appreciate it! Quick and tasty lunch, at a fair price.
