I arrived at the store to pick up an online order. I waited 22 minutes and finally left empty handed. Not a single employee would acknowledge my presence. They walked past dozens and dozens of times. The entire time I could see what appeared to by my order on the counter in the kitchen. All it needed was to be bagged up. It displayed a c9mplete lack of basic respect for online delivery customers and the drivers. Unbelievable.

Unless you want horrible service or none at all don’t come here. We sat for almost 30 minutes no greetings or anything from the server. Merrick was AWESOME! I want her as our server every time! We used to frequent this location often in the past and quality of food and portions were much better. Food was just okay for the price. Think we’ll go during half priced appetizers, at least I won’t feel like I’ve overpaid.

Food was relatively lukewarm and poor flavor on the hot honey boneless wings. Fries were a bit soggy . A little grace because it was a decently sized party and closer to closing time but overall not a great experience whatsoever.

Had a very uncomfortable experience. I dont know the name of our server but right off the rip she was grabbing my necklace and rubbing all over my shoulder and trying to touch my PREGNANT stomach. She was an older lady but it made me and my husband extremely uncomfortable. The table behind us also had issues with her and her attitude towards them and started asking for another server. Overall a very uncomfortable, unpleasant situation, she needs talked to about personal space and that its not okay to touch people.
