Although it was busy, it was about 20 minutes before we received our food.the staff was friendly and our server was awesome. The restaurant was very clean and our dinner was delicious. This is the kind of place that sets the tone for everything else.

We decided to try the new O-M-Cheeseburger that has melted cheese on it and it was fabulous! We absolutely love Applebee’s breadsticks because it comes with alfredo cheese to dip them in and it is hands down our favorite thing there. I know that everyone talks about how great Olive Garden breadsticks are, but I have to politely disagree. Applebee’s breadsticks beat any other restaurant’s I’ve ever had!

I do not typically leave a bad review for anyone, but this time was warranted. I even took pictures to leave a good review before the food was “eaten.” The employees weren’t rude or anything like that. However, the food was less than what I expected. I always get the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. They are most of the time fabulous. The dip was barely warm, and the cheese was gross this time. I tried some of the “crispy cheese bites,” but they were not crispy and barely even warm. I also ordered a whole Lotta bacon burger, and I ordered it without the nasty sauce they put on.. but that was on both buns. I did not eat my burger.. as I asked for no sauce.. I was ok with it being plain. Everyones fries were soggy and cold. My dog wouldn’t even eat a fry and that made me laugh. I even ordered everything online, so there was no confusion or misunderstanding. The breadsticks tasted old and chewy. The alfedo sauce was really thick and barely warm…so, those didn’t get eaten either. Normally, Applebee’s is great, but this time, I was so disappointed and felt like I wasted a hundred dollars and even gave someone a tip for CURBSIDE TO GO!! My trip to my destination was a 4 minute car ride. That shouldn’t have made my family’s food as horrible as it was last night. I know Applebee’s is better than that… what happened???
UPDATE: I was refunded for my entire meal. The person I spoke with called me directly, and apologized for the cold food. He was super nice and wasn’t upset (to my face) about my poor review. He wanted to strive to do better.

Had a great experience with this Applebee’s car side to go. I placed an online order and probably made the mistake of pressing the wrong drink order but when I noticed it upon pick up the store manager was more than willing to help fix the mistake (even though I’m sure it was my mistake) he was very friendly and Greta to work with. And the food was great!!

Went to the Greenfield Applebees on a date. Dinner and drinks. We sat at the bar, Caroline was bartending, and she’s amazing! She’s fast, friendly, and she makes the best perfect margarita that I’ve ever had. I had 4cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken and a bread stick. It was great! My date had Bourbon chicken with shrimp, and a loaded baked potato-it was excellent! All around great evening at the Greenfield Applebee’s!!

The server we had was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and content throughout our visit. The food was also very good but my steak was not cooked to the temp I had asked for and the kitchen had forgot to add the shrimp and toppings (bourbon street steak and shrimp). I ended up getting the shrimp and sauce but never received the mushrooms and onion that it was supposed to have. I would advise anyone visiting this place to double check your food once it is served. Other than that our visit was overall a pleasant one. I would return just for the attentive service!

My wife and I stopped on our way to Ohio on July 3. I had the best burger that I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly seared, well done but still juicy. Wife’s meal was very good too. Server was attentive and friendly.
