Went for a family birthday party. We had the most phenomenal waitresses. Attentive attentive attentive, personality for days, funny and friendly but not pushy. Never a dry glass. This was the best service I’ve ever had. Even the food was more delicious this night.

I stopped in for lunch today when the restaurant was nearly empty no more than five tables were seated. Our server was good, but that’s where the positive part of the visit ends. After taking a bite of my salad and realizing something tasted off, I discovered that most of the chicken was completely raw. Not slightly under cooked, raw.
Consuming raw poultry can pose serious health risks, and the fact that it made it to my table (pre cut chicken in the salad) at all is incredibly alarming. What concerned me even more was the manager’s reaction. Although she removed the item from the bill and said she’d speak with the kitchen, she showed little urgency or concern that I had just eaten raw chicken.
This wasn’t a simple mistake it was a serious food safety issue. Because of that, I absolutely will not be returning.

I absolutely enjoy Applesbee’s food I rated everything 4stars because any and everything needs room to grow but the service I had on 3/9/26 was not so great the male waiters need more training. We ask for flavored lemonade The waiter told us that they did not have flavored lemonade they only had regular lemonade and we knew that was not accurate because we were just there last week and ordered flavored lemonade.

Food for the most part was delicious. My girlfriend told the bartender that the chicken broccoli Alfredo was dry and asked for more sauce,but instead of making it right,they charged her for extra sauce. Also had to keep asking for soda refills,because the glass was all ice. Felt like we were being nickel and dimed to death.

Food was delicious. Especially the O M Burger, which my Aunt & I split. However the waiter never returned with sweetener for the iced tea, or additional cream-milk because they were out of cream, for the coffee. Finally the server who brought out our appetizer brought sweetener & also milk.

Pictures that prove that trash left from a family, who’s child threw a cheese stick at me & hit me, remained on the floor, including a menu, crayons, etc, this was after the tables were bused & cleaned. Not the Applebee’s described on their Website.

They say is in front of an “emergency “ exit door that was actually just a regular exit and every time it opened my grandchildren and myself froze to death. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever. Worse part, the “manager” and heavy set Caucasian lady was extremely rude when I simply told her it’s not a good idea to sit people at the door when it’s so cold out. She said, “I can’t control the door dash orders “. Completely irrelevant to what I said. I asked to be moved and the hostess said we had to sit there since we needed a high chair for my grandson. Absolutely poor service. Don’t recommend.

Ordered online for delivery and got good, edible, freshly made hot food! My fish was delicious and juicy with properly seasoned fries, and my Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. Finally, my shake was good and cold and tasty! I would order from here again!

Very nice improvements at this location after management change. Pleasant, quick service and well-prepared food. Was out of one food item, but sincere apologies and other options saved the experience. Efficient server supplied timely drink refills and thanked us for coming in. Overall our best visit in years.

My wife and I went there about 6:30 pm on a Sunday and was told the wait would be approximately 25 minutes because they did not have enough servers. We decided to take our food to go. As soon as we placed the order a group of 3 came in and were seated immediately. Apparently additional staff had arrived but we were not asked if we wanted to dine in instead. Took our food back to the hotel and there were no utensils in the bag.
