Did a pickup order and the speed/service was exceptional. What wasn’t exceptional is that you pay $14+ for a burger that is more bun than burger…. Will not be spending money here again since I go down the road to Steak & Shake and get two double cheeseburgers for $8.48.

This is the first time I’ve eaten at this Applebee’s. It reminds me of eating at another one and I have absolutely no idea why I thought Applebee’s sold rice cookers??!! The table ahead of me was having some party.

The food was awful mine wasn’t done. My daughter had chicken Alfredo the chicken was burnt. We order boneless chicken it was hard. We did get 2 meals free. Our waiter must had hard day she had sit down to take our order smh

We haven’t been here and close to two years because the food has been bad in the service has been horrible. We decided to come to applebees and try it again they have the all-you-can-eat chicken wings. So we decided to come to Applebee’s to try it again, we get here we finally get seated the girl finally comes over and get our drinks order, then a peddler guy comes to the table to try to sell candy for some charity. Then the girl finally comes back to take our order we both ordered the all-you-can-eat then she tells us we are only giving one refill because we’re short of help. And when we questioned her on on that she said while we’re short of help again but it’s still all you can eat. She brings our drinks then take our orders. So she tells us again, we are short of help we are only allowing one refill on the all-you-can-eat boneless chicken. So this is why we decided to come to Applebee’s was because of the all-you-can-eat boneless chicken wings, and now you’re telling us that we can’t basically have the all-you-can-eat because they don’t have help to serve them which makes no logic because they still have to cook it for anybody that orders the wings the matter what! So what I don’t understand is why you can’t do the all-you-can-eat boneless chicken strips or chicken, but she also kept telling us over and over we are short of help, which is not my problem and does not have any reason as to why you cannot serve all-you-can-eat like is advertised. I guess we are done with Applebee’s. After two years wait of trying to see if they got their act together, which apparently they have not Dan. We decided that as far as we’re concerned Applebee’s is dead!

Honestly one of the most disappointing Applebees experiences ever, food took well over an hr, waitress had to return 3 times to get drink orders. Had food on the table for almost ten minute before we could track Down cutlery. Maybe just a bad night but won’t be returning. Food tasted good aside from every thing else

Stayed away from a base for a while due to getting food poisoning thought I would try it again after sometime cuz they have all-you-can-eat boneless wings , when we order them when she finally took was able to take the order she said they were still doing it. We’re just going to do refill due to being short of help ! Excuse me all-you-can-eat is not one refill !? And there’s no logic to being short of staff to only receiving one refill that we would have sat there and ate then other people came and got the same thing they would have had the cook the same amount what difference does it make if we’re ordering refills or somebody else is ordering something you still have to do the cooking , a simple” yes we are still offering me all-you-can-eat despairing with us refills may take a little extra time do too short of help but im happy to do that” but now they decided to limit my refill on all-you-can-eat and charged the same amount!? And besides that they had some peddler in there someone candy out of a box horrible should not be allowed!

Appetizers were great. Tortilla soup wasn’t good and didn’t have tortillas chips included. I had to ask server to bring tortilla chips. Server was okay.

They’re struggling here. We walked into a half empty restaurant but were told it would be twenty minutes because we could be seated because it was a shift change. Waited, got our table which had actual fingernails still on it from the previous diners. The floor was filthy and sticky in a way that makes your entire body feel sticky. We waited twenty additional minutes at our table as servers walked around us, saw us, and ignored us. I finally went to the bar to ask if she could send someone to us, she said she would send the manager. The manager never showed up, but a server did. She apologized but that was it, we had now been here for 45 minutes and we’re just now putting our drink orders in. The food was fine, it’s Applebee’s so you know what you’re getting in to. Still, this was a particularly disappointing experience.

It was awful! We needed a blanket & space heater it was so cold in this place. When our food came it was cold with in minutes! We would have ordered drinks but the thought of something cold to drink was out of the question! Trying to eat as fast as we could to get out of there, I discovered my salmon was sushi raw in the middle! Our waiter was very good and prepared another entire dish instead of just replacing the fish. We probably won’t ever go back to this ice box location again.

If you’re trying to take your hermit crab here to impress them, this is the place. Humans beware you get no service and the staff is geriatric. Save your money and take it to your local 7-Eleven.
