The Cajun chicken was cooked, the mashed potatoes were cold and the shrimp was cold and not cooked all the way. Service was pretty slow. We were 1 of 4 tables and it took almost an hour to get our food. Oh and silverware was filthy

I don’t know why we even came here. Its always messed up or takes forever!!! This is what Applebee’s calls a double cheeseburger. My server told me they just take a normal size burger and rip it in half before they cook it.

I had a great experience at Sidney Applebees. Lacie L was my waitress and she did a fantastic job with my order. She was prompt and made sure that we were accommodated for. Some customers were not happy and she managed the situation well. She made everyone at my table smile with her bubbly personality and tasteful banter. We also had a good experience with the cook. His name was Wayne Harmon. He did a good job with our food. Lacie L and Wayne Harmon are great workers and we will gladly come back if they are there. Food was a 10 atmosphere was a 10 and service was a ten! Highly recommend! Thank you Sidney Applebees for a great experience!

Place was crowded at 6pm on Friday. Servers were trying hard to keep up. Their take-out ordering is a bit odd as there is no counter, but at the bar inside. Chicken Taco was delicious, Blackened shrimp alfredo was just average. They should pre mix the pasta for takeouts as it’s hard to mix it in the box after.

So we’ve been going here for several years now, but lately the place has gone down hill. The atmosphere isn’t inviting, the staff doesn’t look happy to be there and I can understand why. I ordered curb side pick up, arrived when food was supposed to be ready, called to let them know I was there and was told we’ll be right out. 20 min later nothing. Called again, oh sorry “my staff is stupid and they don’t know how to cook”. No apology and was told it will be right out. 10 more minutes and I walked inside to try and grab my food. Was ignored the whole time then manager finally came up acting like he was embarrassed by his staffs poor performance but yet he was entertaining the bar instead of helping where needed. The only cook did a great job once it came out so the food was excellent just took forever. I must say when we went the other day, staff was friendly but not happy, same management still. Food came out quicker than expected and was excellent. If you have time go eat here otherwise pick another location.

4 kids, mom and dad went in before us and was told that was considered a party and they would not serve them, so they left. Only 6 tables were filled when we got there but yet was told it was a wait. We waited about 5 minutes and got sat, but waited 15 minutes after that and never did get a waitress to take a drink order. We got up and left . This restaurant may as well close, will definitely not go back.

Don’t come here if you have a shellfish allergy. Husband was told his allergy couldn’t be accomidated and that is wasn’t there fault he has one (upper management). Claimed no pans in kitchen to cook a burger and couldnt clean the grill. Insisted he order something cooked from the fryer. I myself ordered a blue moon on draft and asked my husband to taste it. So flat I swore it was poured from the bottle. We’ll be taking our money elsewhere.

Update: I got a response that included a link to a form for information so someone could contact me. The form puts your phone number and email in the wrong field. I tried to correct it several times but it doesn’t work. At any rate, no one has gotten back to me to get the additional info. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.
