I haven’t been here in years, and this was a pleasant experience. The waitress was pleasant, ccourteous, and professional. The steak had good flavor, and the pickle fries were pretty good too!

Visited about 5 pm on sunday and was pleasantly surprised to find Applebee’s actually open. The last time we tried to go in the early evening the store was closed, I assume lack of staff. It was incredibly clear that they’re lacking the staff required to run an establishment of that size. There was no hostess or people dedicated to bussing tables. Clearly no food runners from the kitchen also. 3 waitresses and 1 bartender during what I assumed would be entering peak dining hours. Our waitress did a great job but we could see that she was stretched far too thin between bussing tables, seating guests, delivering food, and being able to check in with and take orders from visitors. I was also left wondering if there were more than one or two people in the kitchen as my meal was brought incomplete (missing the breadstick) which she announced would be ready in one minute and some seconds. By the time she was able to check in with us my boyfriend and I were finishing our meals and I didnt really miss the breadstick. It had left her mind and I didnt hold it against her as I observed she was staying busy the entire time. The other server in our section took time to sit down in the bar area and sip a drink and eat some food. I do believe they could do more to work together and help each other out potentially but am unsure of that ultimately.
The food met our expectations with the burger entree being actually very delicious.
Its sad to see a place like this being mismanaged and I dont think we will be returning. I have worked as a server and I would feel extraordinarily let down if this was the condition I was expected to work under.

Came in for lunch with two family members. Took a bit to get seated. Seemed very short staffed. The table was sticky from a layer of grease and grime. Music was ANNOYING loud. Couldn’t even carry on conversation it was so loud. Asked them to turn down twice. Waitress was accommodating but mgr she asked said it was as low as it could get without turning off. Word of advice: turn it off. The food…good god how do you screw up pasta, chicken chunks, etc. We got 3 dishes and an appetizer: the shrimp and chicken, chicken and sausage and the four cheese pasta with chicken. Chicken chunks for appetizer. All gross. Chicken in all of the dishes was rubbery and grissly. Food was cold when it came out. After waiting forever on it – even though not but 5 tables of customers. Pasta was way overcooked and flavorless, runny sauce. Used the restrooms before leaving- – ICK. This whole place looks like it needs a thorough cleaning very badly. Grime upon grime. Don’t waste your money! $56+tip for crap. Thank god we had a gift card.
Sidenote: the waitress there is an asset. She was running the whole front of house by herself and clearly understaffed. But she did a really good job considering!!

Nice place to dine. Only problem was that they didn’t have two of the items on the menu. The food was really good otherwise.

Stopped in for lunch today and had a great meal. The Tex-Mex shrimp bowl had great flavor and was delish. Our waiter done a fine job ontaking care of us.

We stopped for lunch, and had the chicken wonton tacos and fiesta lime chicken. They were both fresh and delicious! The server was attentive and friendly. Everything was clean. I highly recommend our Applebee’s!

It took about 15 minutes for our party of two to get seated- which would’ve been understandable if the place were packed. But with only two or three other tables occupied, it felt less like “waiting for a table” and more like “waiting for someone to notice we exist.”
We ordered an appetizer, which took so long to arrive that I started to wonder if they had to plant the ingredients first. When our main dishes (two orders of pasta) finally came out- a solid 30 minutes later- they forgot the breadsticks. The waitress promised she’d “be right back” with them, but didn’t bring them until we were done eating. When the breadsticks did arrive, they were almost impossible to chew on. As for the pasta- both of the dishes were extremely bland, and one was undercooked. In total, we spent about an hour and fifteen minutes there, with not a single refill on our waters.
Additionally, the restrooms were foul smelling and had trash all over the floor. It seemed as if no one had cleaned them in weeks.
Would not recommend… ever.

Place was crowded at 6pm on Friday. Servers were trying hard to keep up. Their take-out ordering is a bit odd as there is no counter, but at the bar inside. Chicken Taco was delicious, Blackened shrimp alfredo was just average. They should pre mix the pasta for takeouts as it’s hard to mix it in the box after.

Stopped with a friend, after not eating here for yrs. (LAST TIME tried to eat here, was in 2023, stopped for my BD, needed to cheer myself up, treat myself. Stood & waited, waited, waited, not busy at all, never got waited on, left!). UPDATE: 07/26/25: Came with a friend: I ordered what I’ve craved for years, the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp. While it had good flavor, chicken was tender, shrimp TINY, not much in mushrooms or onions either, the price has soared to 17.49, only 1 side came with it, no bread, no salad, NOT worth the cost! AND could NOT get it (like used to) for the 2 for 25.00, disappointing!!!. The potatoes on both our plates were, ok, flavor wise, but OMG! Who serves potatoes in this long, fat, “hot dog style look” serving?! It looked weird. I’ve worked in kitchens, I’d never serve in that shape & form! His food, the steak had a lot of greasy looking butter LAYING on the top, not good for health issues. Never seen a steak look that way, it wasn’t medium well like he’d ordered, it was well done. For the total cost, with tip around $51.00, for 1 meat each and 1 side each, NOT worth it! Probably won’t be back…..again! Waitress, did a fine job! 3 stars are for flavor and waitress.
