We ordered our food through door dash and it was delicious BUT both of us felt super sick all night after eating it. I was talking to a coworker who also had the shrimp a few days ago and she had to take two days off of work due to having a severe upset stomach. Wouldn’t recommend getting the shrimp!

Horrible stink in the entire restaurant that smells like raw sewage. Air conditioning is broken in half the restaurant and when asked, the server said it was over 90 degrees in the kitchen because nobody is fixing the air back there too. All the staff was sweaty and miserable. This location needs to treat their employees better. Will not be coming back.

Waiter was awkward. Had to order all of your choices for all you can eat wings at the beginning of placing order, no time to decide for next choice. Food was barely warm, not worth the money. Unpleasant experience first time eating there. Won’t go back.

Susan was my server she gave me excellent service , she suggested better choices. I didn’t have to wait on a refill, or to go containers. I will definitely come back to the springboro store just to see her the food was hot as well. Thank you Applebees.

Took my Mother out to eat. Ordered the 2 for $30. We ordered the boneless wings dipped in honey pepper sauce. When those came out almost completely dry, I asked for a side of sauce. They CHARGED ME FOR IT! Then when I went to pay, they gave my Mom the bill. I politely gave the waitress a $50. She proceeded to give my Mom my change. There was another bogus charge for something that was supposed to be included for no additional charge. But they did anyways. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

Went for lunch and ordered the all you can eat wings and fries. Waiter asked how many I want and I said let’s start with 10. He said he meant for my entire meal because he didn’t think he would have time to come back to put more orders in. I ended up ordering something else and paid more cause I had a lazy waiter. Our first time here and had a great experience. We came from West Carrollton looking to move to a better area, and Springboro/Franklin area is definitely delivering on our expectations. Almost everyone has been kind, and this particular Applebees was great. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly!
