My daughter, husband, and myself were celebrating tonight (2/27/26). We waited 20 minutes when told it would only be a 5 minute wait and they weren’t very busy. When we were seated it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Both my husband and I ordered the trio. We couldn’t eat our boneless wings because they were so hard and crunchy. Ontop of that I didnt recieve the correct items I ordered, but I dealt with it. My husband had to remind the server he was missing his chicken quesadilla that alone took about another 10 minutes. My husband couldn’t eat anything on his plate because we didnt recieve any silverware. By the time our waitress came back around his food was cold. My daughter enjoyed her chicken tenders and fries though. I also ordered a draft Busch that our waitress forgot to add to our order that I got half way through our meal. And we had empty cups for our whole meal. No refills or offers for refills. One of the managers did come to our table but he wasn’t pleasant. Didn’t ask if everything was OK if we had a problem etc… so we just asked for the bill, paid and left. We were very disappointed that a $61 bill should’ve cost us $5 from the experience and taste of our food.

To start, we were a slightly larger party of 10 people. We walked in on a Saturday night (2/7), and asked for a table. There were only 4 other tables filled in the restaurant (at least 75% empty). We were told it’d be a 30 minute minimum wait for a table. What? Okay. After 20 minutes, they figured out how to combine a couple tables together for us, great. Server had a rude attitude the whole night, bar took 20 minutes for 5 drinks, food came out at a decent rate, but no silverware was ready. We were handed a plate of 10 forks and knives to pass around. I wanted to order an Oreo milkshake to go, but we were promptly handed our checks once we were done eating (we had been seated for a little over an hour by this point). Server was nowhere to be seen for drink refills or to ask if we needed anything. The HOST practically did her entire job for her. When paying our bill, there were issues with gift cards, causing my friend to have to pay out of pocket since the card wouldn’t swipe (what??? Just enter it manually). It took 20 minutes to pay our checks. Manager even called our server for not checking other tables (maybe 3 others she had?). Again, she was away from us the whole shift, and we were throughly disappointed. Name was Kentasiah. I don’t know if she was having a bad night, but little to no effort was put into our service. Also, another plus, none of our IDs were checked for alcoholic drinks. We are all 21, but not checking IDs for any alcohol is definitely not legal, thank god we’re not undercover cops. Anyways, we will not be returning anytime soon.

Went in on 9/28/25 and should’ve known it wasn’t great with no one in there on football Sunday but no worries. I ordered a 6oz sirloin and asked for well done and get a one that is still mooing. Brought it to the waitress’s attention and she was like oh well we can make you another one but it will be a little while. Like come on, act like you care some. Wouldn’t recommend this location to others just for how she acted and the GM acted as if she didn’t care either.

Just disappointing all the way around. The service and hospitality was underwhelming to say the least. Just two people in my group and when we arrived the restaurant was maybe 1/3 to 1/2 full. Was told there was a 20-25 minute wait to be seated. That’s fine – we waited. I understand a few people had called off as well. When we got seated it was about 15 minutes until someone came to wait on us. It wasn’t the waitress but I believe a manager. She took or drink and food order. About 10 minutes later the waitress showed up asking who waited on us? Didn’t see her at the time but tried to describe her. This leads me to believe that if the manager wouldn’t have waited on us we would’ve set there for about a 25 minutes before anyone would’ve acknowledged us. Worst part for the the restaurant is I saw at least four or five groups just walk out because no one would even come to the hostess table and greet them. One couple left because as they were standing waiting to sign in for a table, a waitress walked by and said “25 minute wait, just letting you know”, and just continued to walked by. No “hello” or “welcome”? It felt like they didn’t want the customers waiting to stay.
I hate writing a negative review but it was just a bad experience, and will make people never come back. Hope they can improve as I used to really enjoy going there.

We tried to go there for dinner last night with only 3 people and were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. The entire restaurant was empty and I heard the bartender say no one showed up for work. The host was incredibly rude and didn’t even take our name at first. We had to ask him, “don’t you need our name?” We waited for over 30 minutes, still weren’t seated, and watched the people in front of us be seated and didn’t receive any drinks or anything. I understand being short-staffed and stressed, but the staff was rude, moved slowly (like intentionally slowly), stared at us, and clearly were trying to get everyone waiting to leave. So we did just that. You don’t want money? Fine, we’ll take it elsewhere. We would have tipped incredibly well because my partner and I have been servers and know how hard it is. But there’s no cause for being rude and avoiding doing your job. Don’t bother coming here, you won’t receive good service.

There was hardly anyone here when we stopped for dinner, which makes one skeptical of the food. The food was really good and the service was good. BBQ ribs were tender and fell off the bone, burgers were good as well. Just make sure to ask for mayo or ketchup since they don’t include that on the burger. No complaints from anyone in our dinner party. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.

Took the family out to eat and spent over $60. The money spent was NOT WORTH THE SERVICE we got. First things first, FOOD TOOK TOO LONG!! Thank goodness i decided to order the kids food before. Everything was delivered by other servers and after it was dropped off we wasn’t even checked on. Our kids burger didn’t even look like a patty- the meat looked like it was smashed on there from other burgers meats or something. We had to ask the host for stuff because we wasn’t getting checked on. Had to ask for our own refills. Asked for Togo boxes only got 2/4 people. We asked for Togo drinks & we got brought the wrong one & even when we got kids milk – we wasn’t asked if we wanted water or more or anything. Food was okay for the adult meals but we had to wait over 30-45 minutes on it and we lost our appetite and food basically was not even worth it. Honestly never really got service from here like this before, but I guess they was short staff because our sever was at the bar most of the time. Honestly, just would like more HOSPITALITY!!! Friendly staff that don’t mean mug you or keep it scripted like a movie. VERY DISAPPOINTED, used to love coming here.

I wish I could give this zero stars. My husband and 3 of my kids went to eat here tonight and it was absolutely terrible. We ordered our appetizer and food at the same time and didn’t get any of our appetizer or food for over an hour. The manager came out looked high, only took %10 off our bill and our appetizer off the bill. The food quality was awful. The waitresses were even complaining to other customers that the cooks in the back were on their phones, this place was absolutely dead. There were a couple people at the bar and probably 5 tables of people. There should’ve been no reason to wait for over an hour to get our appetizer or food for that matter. All of our food was gross. The manager gave another table their food free but only gave us 10 percent off and took the appetizer off. The cooks were still playing on their phones after the manager came out and talked to us because the waitresses were still complaining they were back there on them. My husband, myself and our kids feel sick and our stomachs are hurting so bad. This was a terrible experience and we will not be back. Our waitress was kind that was the only thing we appreciated was her because she was actually trying.

The food was GARBAGE!! I did a carryout and the steak was off color and looked like it came from a fake cow, well overcooked. We paid almost $70 for small appetizer containers of food not even worth $40. Was supposed to have it brought to car but they wouldn’t answer the phone. I went inside and the phone kept ringing and they ignored it. Took forever to get someone to help me. Should have went to Texas Roadhouse for that price. GROSS

The smell of the Men’s Restroom hit me from the front door. A “””Wow””” kinda urine smell, got worse the closer you got to restrooms. I used the Ladies room. It was mostly clean (no paper towels), it definitely was not the source of smell.
Dirty tables everywhere.
No pre-bussing of any kind, “Everyone” coming and going from the kitchen with “Empty” hands, No team work and no sense of “urgency” from any and everyone.
Drinks came out quickly and I was extra happy with the oranges for my Tea (since No lemons were available). Extra ones made my tea delicious. They “Ran Out” of sweet tea for my refill so I used a sweetener and it was fine.
Food was “Just”, ok.
No Ribs available (the whole reason Applebee’s was chosen). Was told 1 hour wait if I wanted to order them. (Should have ordered because that is how long we waited anyway to get food.
The appetizer was the cheese sticks, they were cold not melty at all, the dipping sauce was also cold.
Arrived at 7:33 pm no food till 8:25 pm. John comped 2nd Beer for my husband because of the wait. Thank you, because he was getting pissed. “John was VERY nice”.
Chalange with my steak upon delivery, ordered medium and received a “VERY” Well done dried out looking piece of leather. It was quickly corrected. (2nd one was perfect).
Food must have sat in the window too long because the Fish was Dry, the French Fries were cold and the Mashed Potatoes were Luke warm.
No silver ware delivered till requested when Entre arrived.
(No silver at the work station John had to get from the kitchen it was still wet.)
We ordered the lava cake and it sat in the window long enough to melt the Ice cream and the cake was barely warm. Asked for 2 spoons, we were given, 2 take out “soup” spoons (was told they didn’t have any).
During our meal an Employee sat in a booth behind us and ate a meal, 2 plates worth. She didn’t even take “her own plate” to the kitchen or “clean the table”. So Sad, No team work or respect for her fellow employees let alone the customers.
The dirty table I took a picture of was that way upon arrival and still dirty when we left. Other tables around it got done but not this one?
This was not a very busy crowd. Maybe it just slowed down I guess, because there were a bunch of dirty tables everywhere. The “Team” did not recover well. We could hear staff in the back and it sounded like they were having a great time.
??Took 2 people to bus 4 tables. While bussing they just wiped food to the floor and made no attempt to wipe on dishes or in the bussing tub . Then after they did not use a sweeper of any kind, just stepped in food. Bussed tables were only getting wiped down not sanitized or “Cleaned”, ours was sticky.
?? Where was the Manager.
We are not in any hurry to come back.
