I explained upon entry that I wanted to be seated a the bar and place a to go order. I was pointed in the direction of a register. The lady at the register asked the name for the pick up, and I repeated my previous wish that wasn’t granted.
It was 10° out this evening. At least it was warmer outside than my to go order.

Got to the restaurant and it was mostly empty. Ask the hostess if we could have a booth. For whatever reason this took about 3 minutes to iron out where we would sit. After we sat down we were notified that our waitress wasn’t even at the restaurant and it would be 10 to 15 minutes before she arrived. They took our drink orders but would not take our food orders.
After waiting about 20 minutes the waitress who took our drink orders was visibly frustrated (at the late waitress) and took our food orders. Our appetizers took another 20 minutes to come out and then finally our waitress showed up. She got us refills on our water and the only other time we heard from her was when she brought our food and check to us.
My wifes food portion was fine, however, I got the chicken bacon skillet and there was only about a half a chicken breast on my plate, asking with 8 waffle fries (I counted because I couldn’t believe it… Picture was taken after I had a couple and I decided to write this review).
We will not be attending this Applebee’s again.

The service was good but the table was not very clean when we sat down. We didn’t have to ask for refills. And we were asked how was our food. Well taking care of.

I always enjoy the simplicity of Applebee’s. Everything is done easily, no hassle. No long wait times. When we visit is was rather busy Understandable this time of year..But the floors/ booths were still dirty and each type of drink option I selected was “out”. There was still trash on the floor under our table when we were sat. Also, our waitress seemed sad. She may have needed extra support on such a busy night. Even if it was just telling her she was doing a good job. Please, remember to keep telling your employees they are valued. Or you already do this and she was just sad. But what do I know ♀️. Thank you for the delicious food! I always enjoy your steak. Tried the new Trio appetizer! Definitely recommend!

Last night we had dinner at this location and it was wonderful! After great service and great food we went to leave and our starter was out in our car. They were great and had no problem with it! Then the very sweet hostess went above and beyond and brought us home. The exceptional kindness this hostess showed my little girl who was scared was something I’ll never forget. So thankful and will definitely be back!

Staff is always friendly & kind, location is great, and the place is clean. However, I wanna say that the food is usually really well made, but I got this chicken & bacon with cheese fries, and it looked sorta just tossed in the microwave. It’s rare, all restaurants do this, but for some reason the fries in my most recent trip looked so painfully un-loved. However, every other time I’ve gone, the food looked & tasted great, so I don’t wanna be negative off a one time thing. I just thought I should least mention it. Give them a visit, the $15 all you can eat deal they occasionally do is well worth every penny as well.

If zero stars was an option I would genuinely give such. The restaurant was nearing empty, with 13 tables taken. However we waited over 10 minutes. The service was absolutely awful with our waitress being incredibly short and rude with her service. She immediately told us she was busy with “87” tables ( though only 13 being taken and 5 waitresses working) then getting upset when we asked for silverware and our drinks after 15 minutes of zero service. Every waitress looked miserable and mad, with the atmosphere following the same trend. Applebees is not wonderful by any means but the food at this particular location was awful. Every single other table seemed just as pissed as we were with such poor service and experience.

We came in around 9:45 PM during the halftime appetizer specials and ordered several appetizers as our meals. It took about 20 minutes for the chicken wonton tacos to come out, and when my husband tried to order another round, we were told that the wonton station was already closed for the night—which was confusing since the restaurant doesn’t close until 1 AM.
I also ordered a glass of wine and noticed there were visible lip prints on the glass. I asked for a new one, which I don’t think is unreasonable. The interaction felt a bit awkward, as if it was an inconvenience.
I do want to say our waiter was very nice and attentive—this review isn’t a reflection on him at all.
I understand this isn’t fine dining, but basic cleanliness and consistency with menu availability matter. The food itself was fine, but the overall experience was a little disappointing due to these small issues.

I’ve had three good experiences and one bad one. The bad one was a simple mistake that ended with us running out of time to get our food. The server let us know it was her mistake and she was very nice the whole time. I posted a review about my disappointment and the management called me to discuss it. That is proper customer service and I appreciate it. We will be back to try again:)

Went here for late lunch on vacation, the restaurant was very well kept and clean. The server’s were very friendly aswell, my only problem was that they ran out of certain foods but they made it up by being very accommodating and provided substitutes for the items they ran out of.
