Usually it’s 3 strikes but this was my second visit and it was a disaster. Server came up and said what are you drinking. Not a pleasant greeting, not a would you like a Pepsi or would you prefer an ice tea. Don’t suggest any appetizers or let my daughter and I know about any specials. My kiddo ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain with fries. I ordered the Salmon with 2 sides.
My daughter’s burger came out over cooked and not even hot and only then was I told that they were out of Salmon because the truck never brought any. I’m sorry but you should know what you have and not have. Salmon should’ve been 86’d when they opened today.
So I ordered the fried fish dinner. My daughter eats the rest of the not great burger and we sit for an additional 20 min. I finally tell the server just have kitchen box my fish up. We came to have dinner together and she’s now ready to go. Another 10 min pass and the meal came out boxed up to go. I wasn’t charged for the fish dinner but as soon as I got home which is less than 5 min away I pull out the dinner to find it cold and not edible. Just gross.
We left and as we were walking out, we pass a host and hostess along with 2 other servers who didn’t even acknowledge us and say goodbye or give a thanks for stopping in.
I’ll never go back. Looks like management as well as staff need some serious training. I wish I still had my company because i used to go in and train restaurants and their personnel on Etiquette.

The food was delicious!! Everything was extremely hot and fresh!!! There was a bit of a wait but I was impressed how efficiently the restaurant was running with the amount of people there, the wait time was only like 15 minutes on a full house! Our waitress rhonda was so awesome! She was very personable and connected with us immediately! A super great experience here and will definitely be back!

Waitress and atmosphere were very nice. They where helpful with our toddler when they didn’t have Mac and cheese. Unfortunately my husband got a whiskey burger and with an hour we couldn’t make it home and he was puking and getting sick from the meat. He wasn’t sick before hand.

Just left, incredibly bad server. Blonde girl with glasses, BEYOND clueless. We gave her grace at first thinking it was her first day, but the night got worse. She forgot about us, didn’t bring drink refills to the very very end of our meal, and had a very very bad attitude. All of the other staff members were smiling and cheerful, she was standing with her arms crossed the entire time she took out order. VERY rude and unprofessional.

It’s usually busy, but the food is consistent and there’s an extensive menu for everyone to choose from. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes and our server Ronda was friendly and attentive. Great place to watch sports events either at the bar area or from a table.

I highly recommend sitting at a table. Due to the booths being oversized and worn out.
Unless you are 6ft , the table height and booth size is difficult to enjoy eating.
