Not our best visit. Our waiter was awesome, but the kitchen was sub par at best.
We sat for nearly 2 hours from the time of our reservation to payment. My mother in laws food was even missing.
The manager did provide a 10% discount which was nice, but having to drive for three hours, thinking you’ll be there for 1 hr at best is not a gun time.
Hopefully next time is better? Whenever tjat will be is to be determined.

Haven’t been to applebees in quite a while so when we showed up and the hostest was no where to be found for a few minutes we just sat and stared waiting for someone to greet us. When she finally did come around she never looked at us didnt acknowledge us and then she told us to follow her to this Hightop table literally next to the bathroom where everyone is walking. I asked her if we could maybe sit somewhere more private she then told us to sit back down and she will get a different table for us ready. I saw in the corner a couple of tables that had no one in them so I suggested we sit there. She still had us sit in the waiting area while she went and cleaned up a table that wasn’t even near were we asked to sit. After she cleaned that table she then sat us at a the table id ask to sit at. I dont get why we had to wait for her to clean off a whole different table first. The hostest is the very first experience walking through the doors and at that point we were ready to walk out and find a better spot for date night. Our waiter was much better with acknowledging us and letting us know he’s was very busy. ( the resterant looked pretty dead to me for a saturday) but the food came out it was hot. We got the new cheesy burger and when I came out it looked like there really wasn’t any cheese on the plate other then the shredded cheese they put on the side. I asked the waiter is this how’s its supposed to look like? How are we supposed to dip the burger in shredded cheese and he said well it never really actually looks like the picture. Pretty disappointing. And I guess I should’ve known better that the food doesn’t come out looking like advertised. Yikes.

Olivia at the bar is a doll! Shelling out the classics as well as custom drinks, anything you have a taste for at the bar. Fast service, clean place, and most importantly friendly staff. Manager greets you at the door and actively assists on the floor when things get busier, you love to see it

As always, my service was far from good, it was great. The staff are eager to make conversation, and the service was quick, but not quick like we need to free up this table for the next paying customer quick. They make you feel welcome, and after a hard day at work, their drinks just taste better.

Waitress Mandy is absolutely AMAZING. We even drove out of our way tonight to pick the New Philadelphia location over Massillon just in hopes that Mandy was working. She was working and didn’t disappoint. She’s always so welcoming and nice, honestly the best waitress we have had in yrs and at any restaurant

Sometimes not as clean it should be.
Staff has never been a problem, always on their game & attentive.
I never get a steak here now, hasn’t tasted right for many years! When my friend orders it’s always sent back to be ‘well’ done & after she cuts off fat/gristle she’s left with a few bites.
Parents had gotten a slew of dishes & liked nothing
I always get the Oriental salad or when the wong tongs are half price. Both are always deliciously consistent!

I’ve been here a lot and have always had a good experience, but Sunday when I was here with some of my friends an hour and half before close and had a less than desirable experience. The server was super sweet, but the manager was annoyed by anyone coming in and limited the menu to only appetizers and select drinks.

Everytime I go here the oil is disgusting. I decided to give it another try tonight. My husband’s chicken sandwich was dark and my chicken in my food was dark. It tasted like gross,burnt, old oil!!! Yuck! For the amount you pay you think they could at least change the oil.

The atmosphere and food is great. The service is excellent! We prefer to sit at the bar because it’s more personable and you meet all kinds of people. Olivia the bartender is the best!! Definitely recommend!

Applebees isn’t what I used to be I went a group of my friends from my church after church and we didn’t have a decent server very slow and half of has cold food and it was hard for them to chew. Now for me my food was warm but not great. I will not be a customer for a while.
