Tonight my wife and I were there with two of our friends for the first time in a few years due to bad service in the past. We had Landry for our waitress and she was absolutely awesome. It was very refreshing to have a server with such a fun and pleasant personality, and right on top of everything from beginning to the end. We were a bit disappointed with the new cheesburger. It’s nothing like what is advertised as the queso was totally burned to the plate and nothing to dip the burger in. We would suggest serving a side of it. We are also accustomed to the manager making rounds to check on customers to see how things were at the other locations we’ve been to, and that didn’t happen, nor did we even see it happening in the two hours we were there. That show a true concern for your customers and that you take pride in your location. Thank you Landry for making up for the negatives and giving the four of us a fairly positive experience and fun evening. Keep up the great service, because it means more to customers than you may realize. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice experience here. Service was quick and the waitress was very friendly and also gave me a drink refill to go. I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and andouille sausage penne and it was very delicious. The chicken had a nice grilled taste and the pasta was perfectly al dented. I would definitely come back here.

This was not the first bad experience that my husband and I had so I thought a review was in order. We got half price apps, everything was burnt. The boneless wings, the quesadilla and the pretzels. We were hungry and ready to go so we ate what we could, paid and left. Will not be back, instead will go to the Belden location in the future. Very disappointed.

We had excellent service but the food was honestly a little disappointing. The texture was way off on the noodles for the chicken parmesan. The Bourbon Street chicken and andoullie sausage was way too spicy and not very good flavor. The Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp was pretty good however. The kids cheese pizza seemed pretty lame imo.

We arrived after 3, good time to show up for an early dinner. Was not busy at all, walk in no wait, we got seated right away. DOM had OUTSTANDING customer service! He greeted us, got our drinks, super friendly, didn’t even need to write down our orders, not a long wait for the food, got an appetizer of chips and salsa and artichoke dip and then Dom even offered more chips to top off any salsa we didn’t finish yet. He came back with our water refills just about when we finished our first glass and didn’t even need to ask for a refill. The food came out looking amazing! We got four cheese Mac n cheese with tenders and bourbon street chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes both shown in my photos.
He checked on us later to see how our food was but not in a pushy kind of way and also not when we were chewing , haha! I was so full I didn’t quite finish but Dom brought me a box no problem. He checked to see if we wanted any desserts. Then he was seeing what else we were up to today and we got into a nice convo. He got a well deserved tip and we complimented him as well. I wish more people were as good as being waiters as Dom because he made our visit to this applebees so worth it!

My friend and I hadn’t seen each other for a while and met at Applebee’s. They weren’t busy so our servers didn’t mind that we said and chatted. She was very nice and brought us refills and everything we needed. Her name is amber, and I give her five stars! In general, Applebee’s was very nice the food was just what we want ordered was served quickly and we enjoyed our visit

MORGAN N. Was my waitress 11/29/2025 and was visibly pissed off at the presence of me and my wife. Arguably the nasty attitude was more targeted towards my polite and honestly, rather self reserved partner. Constant dirty looks from the moment we were asked for our drinks. Handed us our check early like she wanted us gone so no dessert I guess… lost customer, lost purchases, upsetting night. Hope you think twice before coming on a date night.
