Food was good, but waitress took her time bringing our drinks and food. She spent more time talking to coworkers than attending to us. The manager paid more attention to us then our waitress.

I seen the OMG Cheeseburger commercial and decided to go and try it. It was delicious. And it was on the 2 for $25 list. I will be back to get it again. Very cheesy and it was sizzling when it came out. The waiter (didn’t get his name) was very friendly. It was a 5 star visit. Thank you for the great experience!!

Food was very good. Service was great. Ashley did a great job and everyone was very friendly. Had 3 half price appetizers. Wings, mozzarella sticks and artichoke dip. All were very good. Looking forward to going there again soon. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food we had.

Service was good she did the best she could and was super polite, but took forever to get our food. Then ordered a fruit smoothie and strawberry ice cream Sunday for my kids and it took over 30 mins for the waitress to tell us that they lost the ice cream order and didnt have time to fill it. No fault to the waitress she kept going back and telling them she needed it. We ended up leaveing and having to go to some place else to get our kids ice cream.

Waited an hour and a half for food that we never got! Went for dinner last night seen how busy they were and could tell they were under staffed so we knew we would have a wait which we were fine with. We watched big parties come in and be seated after us, we got our drinks and our appetizer. We started seeing people that had come in after us leaving which is weird so about an hour and a half later we were pretty upset by watching all the people after us be served their food and leaving. The waitress did not check in for the time so we decided to tell the other waitress we were just going to be leaving as we had our young daughter there very hungry and getting upset. Probably the worst service we have ever gotten there. The waitress we had was even asked if she could handle the amount of tables she had or if she needed to be skipped and she said she could. Obviously she could not

We ate at the Alliance Applebees 10/27 at 8pm. Service wasn’t the best. Took over 5-10 mins for the manager to come tell us it was “shift change” which we understood. He was at least nice took our order. But, are waitress who we got never came back to check on us after we got our food. She also hovered when we were paying the bill on the automatic touch screen. Did ask finally if we wanted “drinks to go” after not checking on us the whole time we were there.
