They were extremely short staffed that night and still gave excellent service. Went around 9:30pm. Just wanted some appetizers and they’re half after 9pm

Mark C. was our server and he was absolutely amazing. So quick and so responsive. Respectful every time he came to the table and popping jokes whenever he could to keep the mood light. My dinner date and I were talking all night about the superb service. Mark deserves to be promoted and recognized for his exceptional hospitality and personality while serving.

I’ve been going to Applebee’s since I was young and have never heard the things that I just heard tonight. This specific location has got to be the absolute worst. I did an online order picked it up and the food was cold Karma had to wait for somebody to decide to show up because nobody was around, then I open up the sandwiches which happened to be Clubhouse grills and none of the condiments were on them and none of the extra condiments that I asked for were included. When we went back in and asked about it they said they 86ed it because it wasn’t recommended? What does that even mean? Whoever owns this franchise location needs to step up your management

Short staffed. Waited a good 20 minutes before a server came to the table. Zach was a useless waste of space, telling customers that they could leave if they didn’t want to wait to be seated in a somewhat not too busy place. The booth seats were all worn, sitting on the wood framing. There was a carpet over many, many broken tiles on the women’s bathroom floor and a bucket under the sink for the dripping pipe. I really don’t think I’ll ever go again

I stopped in recently to grab a quick dinner after finishing up some holiday shopping, (after I take care of everyone else, I like to be waited on.) I had my favorite southwest chicken wrap, but the best part was the service. My server was Mark and he was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and ready with my extra ranch and my iced tea refills. I will definitely be back!

Restaurant itself is dirty. Leprechaun Mr. Clean in there will bark if you ask menu price questions, be prepared to wrestle a word in if you can. Nothing hiding behind the skirt won’t solve

Food was enjoyable and our immediate table host was good. But it did take them over 20 minutes to sest us despite having almost 1/2 the restaurant tables empty. Bot sure if they were understaffed or something but it did not look good to the many groups waiting to be seated. In the 20 minutes we waited, 4 groups left several complaining about why they are not being sested when 1/2 the booths were empty.

Friends and I were there for a get together on Thanksgiving Eve. Everything was fantastic. We were welcomed immediately and set at our table within minutes.
The food was EXCELLENT and prices were very reasonable. The service was just as excellent ~~ our waitress Meghan was very accommodating and personable.

We’ve Been to Applebees several times throughout the years and always seems to be an issue there. Seating for a table, with half the restaurant empty, takes 20-30 min wait.Then only see one maybe two waitress’ working. Food is a long wait and one of the two meals is always cold when it finally arrives. Food taste is generally good there but I think it’s the same at everyone anyway. On 2/08 we stopped at 330pm for an early dinner while in town. AGAIN, Restaurant half full at best. Elderly couple stopped before us and both were told “it’s a 40-45 min wait”, “we only have one cook and it is Super Bowl Sunday”. What the hell does that have to do with anything. Place isn’t with that wait, As usual, and all of us left to spend our money elsewhere. New GM is need to clean that place up.. GO Somewhere Else
I see I got the same response as others wanting you to copy paste a questionnaire. It looks robotic and keeps repeating the same questions that you complete correctly. They can’t even do that right. I don’t want your free dessert anyway.

Came in there last saturday, the 24th around 7:30. Resturant was almost completely empty except a group of 20 people and some folks around. Hostess was extremely rude, we asked for a booth, and she tried to sit us behind 20 people in a close space! I couldnt believe it! Even if servers were being cut that is not our problem as your guests, plus it was only 7:30 and they were open till 12. I am usually very understanding if the resturant was full but there was like nobody in there
except that large group. She said our only 2 options were either behind the 20 people or sit at a high top with an attitude. We left and will only go to the alliance one from now on. She needs retrained, as the person that people first see when stepping into a resturant, this is not the way to treat your guests!
